Lovely stay in Lucca
Pros:

Great location in the centre of town with easy access to the train station with good connections to surrounding towns. Lovely vibe about the hotel. Team were very informative and very helpful.

Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

The Property is very central, just 3-4 minutes walk from Piazza San Michelle on one side and same distance from Duomo on the other. The owners are most friendly and helpful and there is definitely a personal touch. The hotel is peaceful and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like.

The most beautiful sanctuary, a historic boutique hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff. It smells so nice in the lobbies and Italian music transforms you to another world.
Buffet breakfast in Italian style was super delicious.
I could just stay in all day!

Nydelig hotel.

God frokost.
Kanskje kunne det vært mer utvalg av vanlige ting på selve hovedbufeen .Ble sagt at vi kunne ønske ekstra fra en ekstrameny som fantes,men da vi gjorde det, fordi vi ønsket egg,skinke og ost til frokost (noe som er ganske vanlig),så følte vi på at vi egentlig bad om for mye.Ble f.eks.ikke spurt om vi ønsket en ekstra kopp kaffe ,noe nabobordene ble spurt om de ville ha.

Cons:

Dusjen på badet .Var ikke dusjkabinett/ dusjvegger rundt hele veien.Stor åpning på ene siden som gav lekkasje av vann utover gulvet og toalettet v/dusjing.Måtte bruke masse tid og hånduker for å tørke opp.

The perfect stay in a beautiful boutique hotel
Pros:

The Lucca Heritage Retreat is a really special boutique hotel and the perfect sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca. We had the warmest welcome from Daniela who showed us to our room and gave us recommendations of things to do and places to eat.
The beautiful decor is so calming and relaxing, the little touches of rum and honey and biscuits on our return after a busy day and in the morning the delicious breakfast selection was a great start to the day.
The rooms are beautifully decorated with super comfy beds, well equipped bathrooms, fluffy bathrobes and again little extras like the vanity/dental set etc.
It’s the attention to detail and the wonderful staff that makes it a very special experience. We would highly recommend Lucca Heritage Retreat.

Fantastic location, beautiful property extremely friendly, helpfull staff.

My second stay at this wonderful property. The hotel is conveniently located within the walls and is a short walk to the train station. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the property and rooms are beautifully furnished. The beds are so comfortable.
