We loved the warmth and kindness of everyone. The food was good, the pool area was relaxing, and the suites were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. For instance, when my daughter wanted a float for the pool, they sent someone into town to purchase one for us. We took full advantage of the gym and spa, both of which helped make for a full experience.

I loved everything about this property. Check-in was smooth, got a surprise room upgrade and birthday setup which was so sweet and thoughtful of them. The FOOD?? Divine!!! I hate hotel food but they literally changed my mindset about hotel food. The room was cleaned throughout my stay, it was so spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. I love how they have something planned for guests in the evenings, from live fire shows to karaoke nights. You don’t need to leave the property, they’re equipped with everything like on ground bar, roof top vibey bar, immaculate infinity pool with an exceptional range of lounging/beds. They also have a store to buy those last minute bikinis and dresses, which I think is a game changer. The guest manager Sara is probably one of the reasons I’ll be coming back, she paid so much attention to my wellbeing and that’s so appreciated by a solo traveler like me. My other star was Muna at the restaurant, she’s well spoken and prompt with every request. Lastly, the matured gentleman restaurant overseer (sorry I didn’t get his name) is a pro at what he does, always present and goes beyond to make your moment magical. On two occasions, I was out on excursions and arrived very late missing dinner time but on both occasions, my food was packed waiting for me in my room. Before arrival, I had been speaking to Karolina who is also just as prompt with communication and solutions, and from that moment I knew I’d enjoy my stay at the property. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer! Etwas abgelegenere Lage - perfekt geeignet, wenn man dem Massentourismus entgehen möchte. Das Personal zuckersüß und nicht aufdringlich, einfach sehr rührig. Ebenfalls sind alle sehr aufmerksam. Ich hatte 2 Tage vor der Anreise Geburtstag und es haben alle meinen Geburtstag nochmal mit mir gefeiert, sie haben Wein und Obst sowie zuckersüße Schriftzüge aufs Bett gelegt und am Abend gab’s Tänze und einen Geburtstagskuchen.

I love everything about the property. I felt safe, the staff were nice. They sang and dance with me for my birthday with made my night. They sang and breakfast and dinner buffet was very good every night. Also they had great entertainment. I was there for Valentine’s Day and they had a violinist play the violin. One night the Maasai came and did a dance, and one night it was karoke. I was solo traveler and I didn’t feel alone or unsafe.

Hotel em frente à praia, muito tranquilo e charmoso. Funcionários muito atentos e amistosos, destacando a atenção da Sara, Peter e Paulo.
Pequeno almoço e jantar buffet, mas muito bom.

Het personeel is hier echt super vriendelijk. Ze nemen de tijd voor je, denken met je mee en doen hun best om je goed te helpen. Je merkt dat ze oprecht lief en betrokken zijn, waardoor je je meteen welkom voelt.
