Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly , and did everything in their power to make you feel comfortable . They also have connections to local services including bike hire and snorkelling trips , which makes things easier too

Super fijne kamer. Centraal gelegen. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is echt mega lekker! Mooie tuinen rondom de huisjes.

Cons:

De badkamer was op zich schoon, maar qua onderhoud kan het beter (veel kalkaanslag bijvoorbeeld). Daar heb je als gast geen last van, maar het is zonde van de mooie accommodatie!

The perfect place to stay for peace and quiet
Pros:

Just off the Main Street with plenty of eating options close by. Lots of little thoughtful touches around the place. Rikki who seems to run the place is a real joy. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he’s obviously very keen to ensure that everyone has the best possible time. He took the trouble to learn our names and use them. He’s also very efficient at booking trips etc.

Cons:

We felt the cleaning of the rooms was slightly haphazard if Rikki wasn’t around

Pros:

The staff was amazing. They gave a lot of very good recommendations on where to go around the island. Breakfast was very nice as well, we could choose from 3 different options and all of them were really yummy. The whole resort is made with so much love to detail and we really enjoyed our time here.

Pros:

Très bel accueil, le personnel est adorable. Situé au centre de l’île donc parfait pour bouger partout

Cons:

Un peu bruyant à cause des appels à la prière (notamment un à 4h30 du matin) mais ce n’est pas de leur faute. Ils mettent des boules quies à disposition des clients dans la chambre. La salle de bain sent le renfermé au bout d’un moment.

Meilleur hotêl de Gili Air ! Séjour inoubliable
Pros:

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel, une propreté remarquable et le personnel au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est préparé soigneusement tous les matins et est super bon. Je recommande vivement un stop dans cet hôtel, de loin le meilleur de l’île ! Merci à toute l’équipe Villa Bagus d’avoir embellie notre voyage !

Incroyable !
Pros:

Le personnel est incroyable gentil et aux petits soins avec les clients (en particulier Merry et Rifky). L’emplacement est top, à 10 minutes à pied du port.
Les chambres sont propre, le petit déjeuné est un peu léger. Mais sinon tout était nickel. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Gemütlich gepflegtes Hotel mit nettem Personal.
Pros:

Sehr nette Jungs, saubere Zimmer. Das Bett war bequem. Die ganze Anlage wird sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten Bungalow Nr. 6 und waren dadurch sehr für uns, da es das hinterste Bungalow ist. Der Poolbereich ist gemütlich und nachts ist es angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt! Es ist alles fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist eher klein gehalten, aber lecker.

Pros:

La struttura è una vera e propria oasi di pace, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal porto ma ben lontana dal caos. I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono gentilissimi, pronti ad accogliere ogni richiesta. La colazione non è molto varia, ma comunque buonissima. Unica pecca, la camera tripla era un po’ piccolina. Per il resto, super consigliato!!

Terrible communication with the owner
Pros:

It's nice and cute

Cons:

I booked 3 nights and needed to cancel only the last night due to personal plans. The owner said it was possible if the system allowed it, and the booking system confirmed the change, but afterwards the owner suddenly refused and insisted that I must pay for all 3 nights. This inconsistency was frustrating and unprofessional, so I canceled the entire booking with a one-night penalty and decided not to stay there. The reception staff, however, were polite and welcoming.

We would always come back
Pros:

The host Marco is amazing. At the reception we felt right at home, got a super good introduction and knew the stay was going to be good. Also the staff team particularly Rifki were doing a great job and were super friendly. We loved the delicious and fresh breakfast. The atmosphere is like a little hidden paradise in the center of the island. There are many very good food options around. All in all, a perfect stay on this lovely island.
