Pros:

Excelente conectividad, zona muy tranquila y el espacio es el suficiente para dormir y ducharse. Por el precio, excelente alternativa si no vas a estar ahí durante el día. El baño de excelente tamaño, con ducha y wc indecentes.

Cons:

La cama era bastante incómoda, luego de la primera noche el dolor de espalda no me permitía estar acostado. Sentía que estaba sobre una tabla durmiendo.

Authentic, cosy & relaxed apartment.
Pros:

Great location near the metro! The area was on a super quiet road which was lovely to return to after a busy day in Tokyo. There were loads of convenience stores near by also. The property was cosy and felt like true authentic Tokyo living which we loved in comparison to a generic hotel room. We were also able to do some washing which was MASSIVELY helpful due to travelling for a while beforehand.

Pros:

Удобное расположение - тихий спальный район, в 5 минутах ходьбы метро. Есть все удобства, от порошка до вешалок. Хозяин идет на контакт, быстро отвечает - помог решить вопрос с батарейками для пульта.

Cons:

Wi-fi очень слабый - два телефона "перебивают" трафик друг друга. Очень компактный номер - бОльшую часть занимает кровать, два чемодана уже съедают оставшееся место.
Внимание! Лестничные пролеты реально узкие - подниматься/спускаться с чемоданами тяжело и неудобно. Если вы хрупкая девушка - подумайте, поднимите ли вы чемодан с вещами и спустите ли уже два чемодана с покупками.)

Good location near Waseda station. The apartment was good with an eficient heating! The staff was very helpfull.

Pros:

Loved the room and all its amenities. Great as a base for exploring the city where you still get a sense of how everyday looks like in Tokyo. The washing machine is super useful and we were even able to check in early. It's small, but that's Tokyo.

Very nice locality with a McD , Subway and everything else close by ( all convenience stores ) , walkable from the Waseda station ( metro/subway ) and close to the Babashitacho bus stop which has a direct bus to harajuku/shibuya amidst other places

Safe locality

The room has everything you need

Great host , check in was very easy

It has a washing machine and even a dryer in the bathroom for clothes ( helped us a lot with our shoes due to sudden rains )

It was our first stay in Japan once we landed and it felt like home ❤️

Cons:

Of course it’s a small room and that’s probably true for all places in Tokyo
Would be great to have a few floor mats in the room

L’intégralité de l’infrastructure et très propre rien à dire tout est à disposition bien positionné agréable pour ne pas trop être embêté par les lieux trop touristique et bruyant le quartier et assez calmer et faire le tour du quartier à pieds et top je recommande fortement .

Pros:

The place is comfortable and well-equipped, and having a washing machine was very helpful during our trip. It’s located in a very quiet area, not close to the main tourist attractions, but only a few minutes’ walk from the train station, a grocery store, and some restaurants, which made it convenient.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great practical amenities, but better light control in the room would make a big difference.

Cons:

It was difficult to sleep because of the green emergency exit light and the lack of curtains or blinds. There is no way to properly darken the room, which can be uncomfortable at night.
