clean and comfortable
The rooms were double booked
Great location, big comfy bed.
No breakfast offer.
We stopped here just for one night. The hotel is clean, everything is tidy but it doesn't have anything special about it, just a basic room. However, it is good value for money, you can have a good nights sleep here.
The fridge was quite loud and it doesn't have an option to turn it off if you are not using it
It has soft mattresses
We enjoyed our 1 night stay here. The room and bathroom was clean (except for the kettle having a bit of mould). The bed was comfortable. Our check in was smooth and the receptionist was kind. No issues for a quick stay.
The room was nice, clean, and modern, the blankets were warm, and the staff was friendly.
The room was quite cold, but I understand that this is standard in Vietnam. It also wasn’t very soundproof. An interesting incident happened in the morning when plumbers entered my room to install a new shower, but I just see it as a funny story.
The room and bed was comfortable
Staff let the place down the lady at check it kept telling me she was too old, not sure what she thought i wanted. Eventually convinced her i had a booking. Clearly states on booking.com they offer laundry service when i asked she said no laundry service she was lying down on a make shift bed near the desk and clearly couldn't be bothered. I asked if the hotel had a washing machine she said no hard to belive a hotel that size has no washing machine i asked if there was somewhere in town to wash clothes she just pointed out the door. Nice one. Was a real pain as had very few clean clothes left and picked this place for the fact i could do laundry.
The room was comfortable.
When we arrived they asked us to pay 300k instead of booking price - 215k VND. They said that the reason is that there is error in the system. We said that we should pay 215k and they called “manager” and said that they can sell the room for 250k. Really weird but we were tired so we said okay.
The room I booked was called a double but said it had 3 king size beds. It didn’t. When I asked staff their response was that the owner set it up like this on booking.com. But was too lazy to change it.
We got to the too. Went to go for dinner and realised they hadn’t left us a key.
