Cons:

My original reservation was for 7 nights, but I requested to reduce it to 3 nights, which was approved. I paid USD 540 for 3 nights of accommodation and 2,000 TRY for transportation.
Unfortunately, after my stay, the property management accused me of staying 4 nights while only paying for 3, and tried to add charges for items such as late check-out, laundry, shisha, water, and rides to the pharmacy or city. None of these were part of the booking agreement or communicated as paid services during my stay.
While the property itself was fine, the management’s communication afterwards was unprofessional and accusatory, even making personal remarks instead of handling the situation with Booking.com directly. As a guest, I met all my obligations and paid in full for the confirmed stay, yet I was still contacted repeatedly with unfair claims.
I believe other travelers should be aware of these issues before booking.
