Emplacement propre, personnel très sympathique et matelas confortable.

Cons:

Certains équipements peuvent être très pratiques, comme un pulvérisateur d'ablution et l'isolation de la douche, mais cela n'affecte pas l'expérience globale.

L'accueil du personnel qui a aussi fait son possible pour solutioner nos problemes.

Cons:

Location initialement d'un appartement deux chambres, celui ci avait une clim non fonctionnelle, une odeur nauseabonde et impossible d'ouvrir les fenetres car donnent sur des nids de pigeons bien etablies et tout ce qui va avec. La personne en charge a fait le necessaire mais on a du se separer dans deux chambres individuelles.
Je ne recommande pas mes apprtements, car a priori aucun n'avait la clim qui marchait, et le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas de toute façon.

Central location in Ouarzazate and great quality and value for my budget.
Pros:

Excellent staff in the reception and in the bar below. Easy walk from the bus station. Great value for the private bathroom, AC and clean facilities. Several large screens in the bar below to watch soccer games. I was the only woman ever in the bar but the bartender spoke French and English and took care of me and the other customers were respectful and tolerated me while I watched the games and sipped tea. The internet was strong enough to work in the room and the bar. They allowed me a late check out when my tour was delayed and I am grateful for my safe and comfortable stay here as a solo female traveler.

Cons:

The satellite tv in the room didn’t work and the bed was really hard but the extra blankets helped.

We had to walk 4 level to our apartment
Room was very damp wall paint fallling all over the floor.TV not working one window locked not opening in one room.

Very affordable and good location for the grand taxi
Pros:

The room was quite spacious and it was easy to find. The location is great if you are intending to take the Supratours bus or a grand taxi to Aït Benhaddou or onwards. The taxi / bus station is just 5-10 mins away on foot. Very affordable.
