Good place for a rest
Pros:

Everything fine - very friendly manager, decent size room (standard double) with some seats and a small desk, good WiFi, reasonably clean, good location. The bed is simple but comfortable enough. Hot shower working fine after letting the water heat up. Conveniently located in the center, yet in a small side street without much traffic.

Had to call the manager for check-in when at the reception, but that's ok. The windows are not very sound proof (which is normal), but there's not much traffic in this side street, so quiet enough.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Unfortunately a nearby car alarm went off several times during the night, but that's not the hotel's fault.
