Worst stay ever. Worst exp ever.
Pros:

The staff

Cons:

Everything.
The first room I stayed in had holes and tears in the sheets and ac broke down and had to get fixed 4 times before the moved me to another room.
The second room had good ac but the door handle of the bathroom was broken. Then at night the electricity in the entire floor went out.
Finally at 3 am they moved me to another room where or actually a suite where both bedrooms had the ac broken and only the living room had ac.

Pros:

The room was nice and big, with lots of room to move around. The fridge worked and the shower had hot running water and good pressure.

Cons:

The toilet flush was broken in our room. It was leaking water from the flush down the wall, and it was continuously flushing, which meant it couldnt be flushed when required. We did mention this to the concierge, but we dont know if it was ever looked at. The bed had an incredibly soft mattress which caused us to roll to the middle a lot. Our backs were quite sore after sleeping there for two nights as it wasnt very supportive. The floor of the bathroom was peeling up as well. Overall, it was just a bit tired.
