Wish the sheets where cleaner but couldn’t complain

It was dirty There was no hand towels or washcloths. Every time I asked for washcloths, I was given an excuse to the point. One of the workers told me I could just use my hand. There was cockroaches there was trash everywhere. The pool was not open and it’s 106° outside. It just was not a hotel environment. It felt like we were camping. Our receipt did not work in our room. There was sand all over our room prior to us ever going to the beach up on arrival in the room. Communicating with staff members was like mating with homeless people you got nowhere.

Was not clean, there was mold in the bathroom, dead bugs on the floor, cigarette burns and stains on the towels and bedding, we woke up to crickets chirping in the room.

The A/C did not get cold, there was only hot water in the shower, the towels were nasty old and dingy, the bedding was old and the sheets looked dirty.

Was charged a $25.00 deposit fee and I let them know the room with a mess whenever we got there. Door base was off in the bathroom looked like door had been kicked in, mirror was cracked, paint was missing off the walls, front door did not close or lock very well. Was not in a safe part of town won’t stay there again. For a nonsmoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. Floors were dirty.

The door didn’t seem safe.

Only 2 electric outlets worked , security lock on door didn't work , ice machine wasn't working , low water pressure , but good news... didn't see any bugs !

Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. When I arrived, the room was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The staff at the front desk were rude, dismissive, and became aggressive when I politely raised my concerns. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was told they didn’t need my money and that I could stay somewhere else—even though every other hotel in the area was fully booked, leaving me with no choice but to stay.

The room was a non-smoking room, yet it was in terrible condition. The bed sheets had holes in them, and when they replaced them, the new sheets and pillowcases were stained yellow and looked just as dirty. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to go buy my own sheets, blanket, pillowcases, and pillows just so I could sleep. That was an unexpected expense that should never happen when paying for a hotel room. I have photos documenting everything. This hotel appears poorly maintained, run-down, and in need of a thorough inspection. It was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

There was mold on the walls in our room. Old beds Thant sink in the middle, needs remodeling bad! Watched a drug deal in the parking lot as we were leaving. Shady people hanging around! We will never be back!

The rooms were dirty. Bugs on the floor. The floors were sticky and the bathroom were not clean. We decided to leave and find another place to stay.
