Pros:

Friendly security guards who are also very helpful with directions and opening the boom gates when the key cards weren't working. My room was kept clean. No item was stolen.

Cons:

Had a cold shower on my check-in night and also the following morning, apparently electricity went out for a few hours the day before. Key cards weren't consistently working, had to keep going downstairs to have them changed. Reception ignores the phone while it rings, I literally tested this and saw it with my own eyes. The noise of other guests?? No one calls them to order. Maybe its targeted for younger people.

TV in the room didn't work, neither did the WiFi, there was no hot water, and twice I had to get a new key card because it didn't work, nothing was fixed after complaining 😕, won't stay again

Overall amazing room, good ablution space, water to drink provided in bottles.

Great stay
Pros:

The spaciousness and the cleanliness of the place was incredible. I was happy being there, it felt like home and I could see myself moving in for sure.

Cons:

We had issues with the TV remote. It kept failing to work and it didn't make sense why. The delays on maintenance staff to come and fix the issues were also a problem, they'd take an hour to come assist.
