Sehr komfortables 4Sterne Hotel. Frühstück ist von Preis-Leistung für die Auswahl nicht top, war aber sehr gemütlich dort und wir wurden vom sehr freundlichen Service sehr aufmerksam umsorgt. Eine Empfehlung.
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The air conditioning in our room was not working, and the temperature inside was around 27°C. Even with the windows open, the room felt extremely stuffy, and after a long journey we were unable to get proper rest or sleep well.
Another major disappointment was the breakfast, which we paid extra for. The food looked very unappetizing and far from fresh. The scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and omelet were so dried out that it honestly seemed like they had been sitting there for days.
The restaurant staff did try to improve the situation and were polite, but unfortunately that did not change the overall impression. It felt like the management was cutting costs on basic things that directly affect guests’ comfort.
Sadly, we left very disappointed and would definitely not return to this hotel again.
Air-conditioning was not working in my room, temperature was 27.5 c in my room, staff kept saying they will get it looked at but for all 3 nights it was unbearable.
The 4th night I checked out and stayed in another hotel.
I emailed asking for an explanation and possible credit but no one has bothered to respond.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Kurzfristig gebucht und hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Auch die Verlängerung direkt im Hotel hat ohne Umzug und Probleme funktioniert. Sehr schönes Hotel, moderne und saubere Zimmer. Auch bei der kurzfristigen Transferbuchung vom Hotel zum Flughafen Bukarest sehr hilfreich. Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren weniger freundlich. Hier hatte man das Gefühl, dass die Bestellung eher mehr Arbeit bereitet.

Imposibilitatea de a rezerva telefonic decat daca accepți sa platesti extra pt mic dejun.
Desi hotelul era gol, am ajuns la 3 dimineața in hotel si am cerut un late Checkout si mi s-a solicitar o alta suma extra pt o ora in plus....
Consider ca in anumite situații poti avea o politica mai maleabila.
Pot intelege cand ai hotelul full....
Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже второй раз по дороге в Болгарию — для меня это показатель. Всегда чисто, в номерах тепло, что особенно важно после долгой дороги.
Расположение очень удобное, легко заехать и продолжить путь дальше. Персонал вежливый, всё проходит спокойно и без лишних вопросов.
