Great Stay
Pros:

Great and comfortable place for family and friends stay. Was walking distance to Santa Barbara state street. Would only say that unit does not have AC so it’s was super hot due to the high heat’s for that weekend. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Pros:

Piece of furniture was broken. The bedding sheets was dirty.very old apartment no napkins no paper towel. A lot of stuff was missing.

Perfect place to stay near beach .
Pros:

A beautiful place very clean, communication with host was excellent.

If you are planning to stay here just a word of advise there is no AC and second the train is very loud expect to be awake by all the way to 10:45.
