The staff is exceptional! The rooms are in excellent condition — clean, cozy, and well-maintained.
Pros:

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was just as good as the first one. First of all, the staff here is wonderful; I interacted with four different people at the front desk, and everyone was polite, pleasant, and efficient in solving any issues. The rooms are in great condition — very clean and cozy. I also really loved the location. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only thing that felt a bit awkward was the window in the bathroom. Although it was tinted, it didn't feel private enough, so I ended up covering it with a towel just to be safe.

Nice hotel, but dishonest management
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable beds, shower facilities

Cons:

We booked a suite with a bath. After checking in, we realized that the room given to us wasn’t a suite — it was a downgraded room. During check-in, the reception manager didn’t inform us about this change and simply charged us the suite price.

When we spoke to them, they said that the suite was under repair after the previous guests’ stay. The question is: if they were aware of the damage, why didn’t they inform us before check-in and why did they downgrade the room without any notice?

Thanks for the ruined weekend, folks.

The only solutions they offered were cancelling the booking or a discount for the next stay. No, thank you.
