It was like a scary dream we could not sustain entire booking period and had to leave after a night

Nothing to like about except the staff behavior was good. Awful property. Area is scary. No basic facilities. `Bathroom was beside the common stairs having a glass window. The washroom was common outside the room. No common meals restaurant facility. No washing/cleaning/ drying area. Not worth to stay. I was forced to pay for 5 nights @ Rs 10.000/- but spent only one night. I appealed for refund of Rs 8000/- (4 nights) which I paid in advance but did not stay. Unfortunately, I did not get my refund as well.

This was the worst location I had ever stayed in, the hotel is like a compressed nest with lots of smell

Just loved it

I would strongly advise potential guests to inspect the property personally before making a booking
Cons:

The person attending the property was not accommodating at all. As soon as we arrived, he immediately asked for payment. No one offered to help carry our luggage to the room, and when I requested assistance, he refused.
The room had virtually no basic amenities apart from a bed. The bathroom was one of the dirtiest I have ever seen.
Since we arrived late in the evening and wanted to have dinner, we looked around but couldn't find any nearby dining options. I then asked the person at the property for a menu card so that we could order food. He said he didn't have a menu card and would send the options via WhatsApp instead.
After reviewing the limited items available, I placed an order. Soon afterward, he sent me a payment scanner and asked me to pay before the food was even prepared or served. I called him to my room to discuss this, but he asked me to come down to the reception area instead. When I questioned why I was being asked to pay before receiving the food, he responded rudely. Eventually, he agreed that payment could be made later.
When the food arrived, I was shocked to see what appeared to be stale rice. It had a yellowish tint and certainly did not look like freshly steamed rice. When I raised the issue, he came to the room along with his father, who was equally rude. To make matters worse, the food was overpriced.
We decided not to eat the food and left it outside our room. The next morning, we checked out as early as possible. Despite the poor quality of the food, they did not hesitate to charge us for it.
In my opinion, this is neither a proper hotel nor a genuine homestay. It appears to be a converted house operating solely to make money from unsuspecting guests. I could write much more about my unpleasant experience, but I do not want to waste any more energy on such greedy and unprofessional people.
My experience there was horrible, and my family felt the same way. I also have doubts about the authenticity of some of the positive reviews.
