From check in to check out the service was amazing. Only a few bit that could be better (listed below).
Abigirl checked us in she was so attentive and very welcoming.
Jeff who did night shifts showed me around all the amenities.
Inno the chef always made outstanding meals and took dietary requirements seriously . Food was amazing and very tasty (breakfast) .
Given was an amazing assistant in serving breakfast . Always on his feet running in order to provide a quick service .
Nonhlanhla also very polite . Even offered to take pictures for me and mum in the garden.
The water was cold one of the days but the problem was rectified .
Flickering lights at some points no idea why .
Noise at night was a bit much . I think we had room 6 which is just by the reception .
Bathroom could do with handwash and somewhere to hood gown and towel.

l had a wonderful stay with my wife. The airport shuttle driver and lodge recommended taxi driver were the best and reliable. i loved their breakfast and dinner. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room looked exactly like on the pictures. The staff were friendly. And l love the fact that they are about to finish their Conference center which can be good for business meetings when l come back to Bulawayo for business.
Nothing but to greatly recommend this place.

The location was quite local to where we needed to be. The accommodation was clean neat and tidy.
There was no hot water, which was the main reason we booked with them, in the early hours of the morning the guard and a guest were talking loudly in the corridors the building was empty and so echoed and reverberated. In the morning around 6 am the employees woke us talking and laughing loudly, there were wheel barrows being wheeled and a combi being started. Very noisy. Just would not stay again at all.
