We enjoyed the comfort levels. The bed was amazing and sook comfortable. The shower looks sketchy but was really great. Heating worked well to keep us warm in winter. Had utensils if needed to cook (we didnt).
Location was a secemt walk from closest subway (metro) or JR line. Doesnt look the same as photos but still good.

Very close to where we needed to go ! Everything went smoothly, we had a lot of rubbish from our shopping and all that was taken care of by the accommodation after check out. Very quick response time when I contacted them about the rubbish situation, easy to check in and out, had everything that was needed, brilliant place to stay !

The property is in front of a 7-eleven, it is very convenient for taking breakfast or handling emergency hunger :D
It's also at 10 minutes by foot from the Yamanote line, Tabata station so you can get into all the Tokyo's main places with ease
The windows does not isolate properly the noises from the street and there is no view, except on the neighbor's walls

We couldn’t use the wifi
The place wasn't the cleanest, and the stairwell was filled with stuff which made it hazardous to haul our suitcases up. No cups were provided. Being an apartment, there is very little noise insulation so you can hear the people upstairs very loudly.
Other than that, communication was good and the check in/out process is very easy. Affordable accommodation within 15 min walk to the train.

7/11 downstairs and laundromat close by.
Couldn't figure out the washing machine but laundromat was about 600m walk.
Good location, about 15 to 22 min train ride from Tokyo, Shibuya and very close to Ueno.
Just a but more cost to staying at a hostel you get more privacy.
We were at the very top floor, staircase is very narrow and very little landing space.
I think it's typical for many inner city houses in Japan however bringing luggage up and down and laundry was a challenge.
Luckily I had my 2 eldest children, 13 and 15 years with me to help and they were more limber. We didn't travel with my younger children (2 years old and 1 year old twins) and if we did I think the property would not be suitable.
It works for young adults or couples looking for an affordable and comfortable location with easy access to the city. Not really good for families.
The location is quiet and a few walks from convinient stores.
Hope they have a lifter for the luggage especially when accommodation is on 3rd floor.
The check-in was very easy and the host was nice and responded quickly. They even allowed us to check-out one hour later, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately there were many things we didn' like during our stay. Especially the cleaning level was extremely disappointing: the shower curtain has a lot of mould, I tried to clean it myself before showering was it seemed to be there for a while and it was impossible. The apartment needs a deep cleaning urgently. The space itself is very small and this makes it difficult for two people to use the apartment in a normal manner, but this we already knew from the photos before coming. Another issue was the noise in the morning: the windows do not isolate the external noise and it was difficult to sleep after 7am, as there are workers in this street loading/unloading something from very early in the morning and also the noise from the other rooms reached our apartment, as the walls seem to also not isolate the sounds properly. I would have given a rating of 2 but the staff was nice and they let us check out an hour later and we value this, therefore I'm giving a higher rating. All in all, I'm afraid I cannot recommend this place for what it's worth and I wouldn't stay again.
Convenient location with plenty of space and facilities. It was great having separate rooms for the beds.
