Amazing!
Pros:

We visited the hotel at the end of the winter season (end of March) and we got a free upgrade to a villa as a compliment from the manager as there was no kitchen staff to prepare breakfast. That was not a problem for us and the villa was so spacious and cozy! He also recommended an amazing restaurant for dinner, which we visited two nights in a row, as the food was delicious! We had the spa and pool all to ourselves and it was great. The hotel grounds and the views to the moutain are breathtaking, we are looking forward to visiting again, maybe in summer, when the outdoor playarea may be open. Thank you for the lovely and relaxing stay!

The Value for Money is really good - I think they should increase their prices!

All the buildings and everything inside is very new and modern.
There is a free parking lot just in front of the hotel.

The restaurant has really delicious food with a lot of traditional Bulgarian options.
The swimming pool was great - we liked a lot the warm water, and most of the time it was just us in the indoor swimming pool. The playground was very good as well.

The place was really good for resting and visiting nature.

Cons:

The employees seemed a bit challenged by the number of guests.

Мястото е прекрасно. Собствениците бяха много отзивчиви и приятни. Постоянно ни питаха дали сме доволни и дали има проблем. Храната в механата е много хубава!

Pros:

Нямаме забележки. Всичко беше чудесно - от посрещането /пристигнахме късно/, храната - изобилна и вкусна, СПА - центъра, притежаващ всички удобства, дори предлагащ глезотии. Баните бяха заредени с всичко необходимо, телевизията е с много канали, закуската е достатъчна, че има и допълнително 🙂. Местоположението е добро, но центъра е на около 3 км.
Най - хубавото нещо и най - голямото богатство на това място е собственикът - толкова усмихнат, добър, отзивчив и работлив човек рядко се среща. През цялото време се занимава с различни дейности, за да е удобно на гостите. Не оставя нищо несвършено, старае се всичко да е добре. Благодаря от сърце.
