Zeer netjes en modern op een goede locatie.
Pros:

Erg netjes en mooie kamer. Super goede locatie, alles op loopafstand. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Lekker ontbijt!

Excellent accomodation in Berat
Pros:

Vila Franko is really nice place. It is located in the walking distance to the old town, very easy to find. The owner help us with parking our car just outside the house. The house is new, beautiful equipment, very comfortable and clean. We ate breakfast on the terrace with castle view. The owner is very friendly, kind and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. He also gave us useful information for visiting Osumi Canyon and waterfall nearby. We would definitely come again, if we visit Berat. Thank you for everything.

Franko e un host perfetto. È gentile, premuroso e accogliente. La struttura è nuovissima ed estremamente pulita. La colazione buona e abbondante. La città antica si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 5 minuti. Una soluzione eccellente per visitare Berat

Superfreundlich, schön eingerichtet, mit Kühlschrank im Zimmer, perfekte Lage, nur knapp 10 Minuten bis in die Altstadt, Parkplatz vorhanden und absolut wunderbares Frühstück inklusive

Cons:

Mir war das Bett zu hart, aber das ist Geschmacksache, Dusche hat leider keine Glasscheibe oÄ, nach dem Duschen ist das Bad immer einigermaßen nass

An Excellent stay in Berat.
Pros:

I spent three weeks in Albania and Villa Franko was by far my favorite place to stay. The area is quiet yet a four minute walk to Old Town and a large number of restaurants and coffee shops. A supermarket is around the corner. The bus terminal was 1k away and you can walk to the Castle.

The thing that made Villa Franko so great was the help and guidance that the whole family gave. Everyday at breakfast they were there to answer any questions you might have and make suggestions about places to see. Berat is a great town and Villa Franko is the best place to stay. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.
