Pros:

Got there n building was closed for renovation (as were the other 2 motels at that exit). Called phone # on our reservation n understood little of his heavily accented English. Called Expedia, she called Marifah Inn, then called me back to say Marifah Inn would call us with substitute motel reservation at Cozy House Inn. He never called so we drove to Cozy House n they had no call from him, either, but very graciously gave us a nice room over 1 hour later!
We hope they get reimbursed for their generosity! Why were we not informed that Marifah Inn was closed?

Pros:

Some lite were burn out-not working,
No coffee cups for coffee-desk clerk said cups were on order.
I came back to my room at 4:30 pm to change shirts, my door was proped open, maid cart was nearby. I went into room, no one was around, changed shirts and left. I returned to room at 9:00 pm for the evening, room door was STILL PROPED OPEN!!!!! No one was around. That is a breach of security, forturnatly nothing was missing. I will NEVER stay at another property owned by there people!!! A terrible experience!!!
