Fix ca in poze, am sunat de cateva ori cu cateva zile inainte de a ajunge si mereu au fost receptivi inclusiv in ziua in care am ajuns a existat o mica neintelegere si mi-au raspuns in toiul noptii si mi-au oferit ajutor imedit, recomand cu mare drag!

Comfortable stay close to Brussel
Pros:

The staff was lovely and replied quickly to any questions when messaged through Booking.com. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a great alternative to stay since all hotels in Brussel city were almost fully booked and overpriced due to a huge concert. The train station is close by, but I'd recommend going by car as this location is close to the highway and easily accessible. This place definitely made our stay during the concert comfortable!

Cons:

The public transfer to Brussel. It's doable if there are no issues with the trains or the track, but going around by car is more practical.

Cons:

El calor. No están las habitaciones preparadas con aire acondicionado. En invierno seguro que se estará bien con radiadores pero esta semana fue insoportable. El propietario buscó ventiladores para mitigar la temperatura altísima.

Excelente el trato y las habitaciones, el restaurante que tienen allí es muy bueno y se come súper bien.
Las camareras y camareros son muy agradables.
Totalmente recomendable que coman en su restaurante.

Имахме абсолютно прекрасно пребиваване в този хотел и го препоръчваме с две ръце!

Локацията е наистина чудесна, особено за семейства с деца — наблизо има красив парк за игра, жп гара на пешеходно разстояние и супермаркет, което направи престоя ни изключително удобен и спокоен.

Но това, което прави това място наистина специално, са невероятните хора, които го управляват. Семейството, което е собственик на хотела, е изключително мило, топло, любезно и отзивчиво. Рядко се срещат хора, които посрещат гостите си с толкова сърце и искрено желание да помогнат.

Те ни съдействат за абсолютно всичко — помогнаха ни с информация за влаковете, обясниха ни откъде какво да хванем, как да си купим билети и винаги бяха готови да помогнат с усмивка. Това отношение е безценно, особено когато си в чужда държава с деца.

Към хотела има и прекрасен италиански ресторант, където храната е наистина страхотна — много вкусна, прясна и приготвена с внимание.

Стаите са чисти, комфортни и разполагат с всичко необходимо за приятен престой.

Това не беше просто хотелско настаняване, а място, на което се почувствахме истински добре дошли и обгрижени. Благодарим от сърце за топлото отношение и прекрасното гостоприемство!

С удоволствие бихме отседнали отново и горещо препоръчваме това място на всеки! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

Au niveau positif : chambre propre et plutôt confortable.
Bon emplacement et proche du centre ville ainsi que de sa localisation.

Cons:

Au niveau négatif : mauvaise insonorisation du plancher et des évacuations, comme nous étions au 1er étage nous avions des clients qui logés au dessus et nous entendions les bruits de pas et autres, ainsi que l'écoulement des toilettes et salle de bain du deuxième étage.
Concernant l'équipement TV nous n'avions pas accès aux chaines, peut-être un mauvais branchement.
Rien de dramatique mais pas top si nous serions restés plusieurs jours.
Il aurait été appréciable d'avoir quelques capsules de café supplémentaires.
Dernier point il n'y avait pas de gel douche.

Simple, propre et efficace ;-)
Pros:

Arrivée tardive de l'aéroport.
Personne disponible, accueillante et m'a même proposée à boire (le restaurant était fermé comme prévu le dimanche donc le geste est super sympa).
Chambre simple, bien agencée et propre.
SDB OK.
Une petite pièce salon (pas utile mais pourquoi pas ?)
