I booked this hotel with acc and when i enter the properly first of that the recipient manager sajd that hotel is full then i saw him i already booked Then he said we have only non acc room what a cheap thing about that and when i open the room the fan was doing all time soung

They listed a their hotel even when the construction is going on

Location and power cut

L’hôtel n’a pas le minimum d’hygiène attendu par des touristes français.
À l’arrivée on nous a demandé de checker la chambre pour voir si on était ok. On a bien vu que le crépi tombait des murs cloqués par l’humidité, que les draps étaient tachés, que les oreillers étaient terriblement sales, que la sdb wc était crasseuse etc etc mais après 4h30 de train + 1h de taxi, fatigués et ne sachant pas trop comment trouver autre chose au dernier moment, on a dit ok, et on à fait un peu le ménage nous même.
C’est seulement une fois installés, qu’on a découvert que la fenêtre n’avait pas vitre ( bruit infernal + boulevard à moustique ), et surtout que la douche n’avait pas assez de pression pour être utilisée.
Face a mon insatisfaction, le gars a l’accueil a accepté de nous changer de chambre. Nous avons dû descendre au rdc car aucune douche de l’étage ( il en a essayé 3 ou 4 ! ) n’avait assez de pression….

Et ce n’est que le lendemain matin, au moment d’aller prendre le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur ( car il nous a été répondu que la personne en charge des petits déjeuners dans l’hôtel était dans les bouchons alors qu’il était 9h30 ) que nous avons découvert qu’il était impossible de fermer la porte de la chambre à clef.
De guerre lasse, et surtout parce que la personne de l’accueil ne voyait pas en quoi c’était un problème, nous avons laissé tomber, et sommes sortis en laissant la chambre ouverte….

Encore une fois, vu le prix des chambres et la disponibilité quasi H24 du personnel à l’accueil ( ils ont tout fait pour essayer de régler nos problèmes, ont commandé notre taxi de nuit pour aller à l’aéroport… ) je ne critique pas pour leur faire du tort, mais pour éviter que d’autres touristes se retrouvent « piégés » comme nous.

It could be cleaner. The pictures don’t really reflect the state of the hotel.

The room was shabby, dirty, room furniture broken, Wifi was slow, Mobile network (Vi & Jio) not working properly. The garbage bins were overflowing, Lift was not working properly, bed linen and pillows were very dirty only new bedsheet, pillow covers and a new towel was provided to me .Toilet light was loosely connected , commode water system was not working has to manually pour water by bucket, bucket and mug was dirty , piped water flow was slow ,only relief at toilet Gyeser was working.

Rate less Property! Room was dirty,wifi was very slow, not rechaged in wifi by hotel, no bed linen pillow cover was changed in the overall stay, garbage bins overflowed for days, room cleaning not done , lift service is sometimes un available, unhygienic stay, toilet water do not have water most of the time in 3rd floor, morning hours wasted for water availability , commode water system not working, staff and reception behavior was poor, pressurized for full payment only . I have emailed the property but no adjustment against breakfast was done in fact they have stopped access of the room to my colleagues until balance payment on 21st Feb2026. The property name signage kept changing. #Only used by local couples in hourly basis OYO type

Everything. Worst experience ever. Paid a full day rent of 1200 nd checked out after an hour because of smell and worst condition of rooms. Disgusted. I Will refrain from using booking.com in the future too.
