Nothing was barely even eligible to be liked

It could be cleaner. The pictures don’t really reflect the state of the hotel.

The room was shabby, dirty, room furniture broken, Wifi was slow, Mobile network (Vi & Jio) not working properly. The garbage bins were overflowing, Lift was not working properly, bed linen and pillows were very dirty only new bedsheet, pillow covers and a new towel was provided to me .Toilet light was loosely connected , commode water system was not working has to manually pour water by bucket, bucket and mug was dirty , piped water flow was slow ,only relief at toilet Gyeser was working.

Rate less Property! Room was dirty,wifi was very slow, not rechaged in wifi by hotel, no bed linen pillow cover was changed in the overall stay, garbage bins overflowed for days, room cleaning not done , lift service is sometimes un available, unhygienic stay, toilet water do not have water most of the time in 3rd floor, morning hours wasted for water availability , commode water system not working, staff and reception behavior was poor, pressurized for full payment only . I have emailed the property but no adjustment against breakfast was done in fact they have stopped access of the room to my colleagues until balance payment on 21st Feb2026. The property name signage kept changing. #Only used by local couples in hourly basis OYO type

Everything. Worst experience ever. Paid a full day rent of 1200 nd checked out after an hour because of smell and worst condition of rooms. Disgusted. I Will refrain from using booking.com in the future too.

This is a long list. They charged us more than the Booking.com bill. They charged us as much for early check-in as was the charged of a single day stay on the booking.com. the rooms were not clean and there were no lights in the bathroom and electricity oitlets were not working, so I couldn't even charge my phone. I demanded to get a change of room and I had to look into 5-6 rooms to find one which was relatively ok to stay. That room was not cleaned, the bathroom had hair from the previous guests and when I asked to get the bedsheet changed as it had holes and hair on it, they siad that it was cleaned and other bedsheets were like that only. Then the floors were not clean. The rooms did not have any keys to lock it. Also, there were water issue everyday for which they just said we are working on it. We paid for the breakfast and they did not serve us that even one morning. We were not provided with soap, shampoo, or towels. Overall the stay were terrible and because they made me pay before showing the rooms and later when I said that I do not want to stay given the condition of the rooms, they refused to refund me the money, and as I needed the room just to sleep, I didn't think it was financially wise for me to pay two hotels for the stay, which is why I stayed there. When I called the office staff for breakfast (because the receptionist said that he cannot do anything to help me), these staffs were rude to me. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Disgustingly very unhygienic place to stay. Room was in horrible condition The bedsheets were torn with holes in it which was not even washed. The bed was covered with long hair, guess must be a woman's who stayed there before me. Side table drawers are filled with cigarette ashes. No water in the bathroom even after informing the manager there was no water till late night And the faucets were broken. Wifi wasn't even working. Just to sum up this place is definitely not worth staying especially for couples or family members for sure. The whole place was so filthy and disgusting and I'm sorry to say but that's the bitter truth. The management needs to seriously look into it. The only good thing was AC was in working condition but with no remote control in case you want to change it which you have to manually do it.
