Tenía reserva por 4 días y me fui al siguiente día después de no poder dormir por la fiesta que se mandó la dueña del hotel , el ruido penetraba las habitaciones realmente fue una cosa nunca vista , la
Limpieza del baño muy mala con pelos del huésped anterior . El desayuno todo desenchufado tirado arriba de una mesa con mantel del plástico y un pan verde . Creo que fue la peor experiencia en años viajando . Si pueden ir al Innova no pierdan esa oportunidad eso si es una maravilla de hotel

Lightly under construction (probably for a short period) and breakfast was a little scarce.
Really helpful front desk staff, providing information about the town, and helping weary travellers with a very welcome early check in. Very nice breakfast.

The location was really good, the staff was pretty much polite and did everything in their hands to solve our problems. The facilities were very comfortable and smartly arranged. The mood was very relaxing and let us forget the everyday stressful life we have in our lives.
I cannot think of anything that might trigger a disliking situation from the administration and facilities. The only thing that wasn't that good were a group of hostages that were right beside us, since they were very loud, and didn't let us sleep properly on December 30th.
