Prime location – easily accessible and convenient if you need to be in the Jain City area.

Cons:

This property does NOT qualify as a hotel, guest house, or even an inn. It is merely a room with no hospitality standards.Cleanliness was extremely poor:Bedsheets and linens were dirty and untidyThe room was poorly maintained
The washroom looked okay initially but was deeply unhygienic upon closer inspection (dirty washbasin, fittings, overall lack of sanitation)
No basic amenities:
No hot water / geyser (they claim solar panels that don't work and only 1bucket with immersion rod given for the entire family.
No kettle for hot water or tea in winter season
No regular drinking water (only one bottle on Day 1)
Misleading payment practice: Partial payment taken via FabHotel
Remaining amount (including breakfast) taken upfront by the hotel manager right before check in
Breakfast was unacceptable:
Extremely limited choice
Substandard-quality food served in a shoddy way.Overall, the property is misrepresented online and overpriced for what it offers
