Pros:

Las personas que te atienden son muy amables y serviciales. El desayuno está genial,variado y completo (salado, dulce y fruta). Párking propio, está súper bien ubicado a 10 minutos andando del centro y a la vez en una zona muy tranquila y sin ruido. Las habitaciones son amplias y están muy nuevas.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful, one of the front desk staff gave us a lift to the bus station in the morning which was so kind! The room was very clean and comfortable and the AC was ice cold, which was great. We were leaving too early to get breakfast, but the staff again helped us out by preparing us a sandwich to take away with us in the morning. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Shkoder

Pros:

Very clean and everything was new! The owner was really nice, packed us lunch for our travel the next day, helped us get a bus for us and let us keep our luggage there while we did the hike in volbane. He also drove us to our next hotel!

Cons:

Was a bit out of the main area but only 15 min walk. He did have bikes for us to use which was really nice

Praktische, ruhige und komfortable Unterkunft mit aufmerksamen Gastgebern in der freundlichen Stadt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und nicht weit vom Zentrum. Das Personal war jederzeit äusserst freundlich, zuvorkommend und charmant. Die Zimmer sind gross und neu eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls perfekt.

Cons:

Es gibt eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Wenn etwas verbessert werden könnte, dann vielleicht der Aussenraum, der jetzt ein reiner Parkplatz ist. Zwei, drei Pflanzen und der Tisch würde zum Sitzen einladen.

Pros:

Les employés vraiment gentils et serviables
Très grande chambre et salle de bain
Très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Tout était parfait, il manquait peut être juste une couverte supplémentaire car j’ai eu froid dans la nuit avec un simple drap.
Mais rien de grave, c’est juste ce qui explique la note de 9/10

Expérience parfaite! Nous avons hâte d’y retourner ce soir.
Pros:

Les propriétaires nous ont aidés à réserver le transport de Shkodër à Theth pour notre randonnée. De plus, nous avons pu gratuitement laisser notre voiture et nos valises à l’hôtel pendant les 3 jours où nous avons été à Theth et Valbona. Petit déjeuner livré à la chambre en prime. Bref, nous avons adoré notre expérience.

Everything was superb, the room was clean and very comfortable.
The king size bed was also superb and the kindness of the staff was top.
