Nothing to like.
This hotel was a nightmare. We booked for 3 nights, but ran away after the 1st. The hotel is completely rundown: bar and restaurant were closed, we were told to find food in the abandoned and desolate town. Half the pools were empty and filthy. Waterslide and roof was deconstructed. The rooms were big but old. Bedding full of holes. No hot water. No wifi. Aircon stopped working in the night. There were cats in tiny cages. Nothing looked like the pictures. Hard to understand the excellent score on Booking. Tried to get our money back for the 2 lost nights, but hotel refused and Booking is no help. Be clever, avoid this hotel at all costs. At 95 euros a night this place is a shitshow.

I didn’t like the property overall. Two of the swimming pools were not working, and the place looked very different from the pictures on the website. The photos were misleading, and the reality didn’t match what was advertise

1. The master bedroom only see through curtains. No privacy curtain.
The comfortable bed
The price was just too high and the overall experience was not that good. For example, at 8500 pesos we only got to stay overnight and have a breakfast of egg, two slices of maling and half hotdog ;(
Furnishings & decor were good. Breakfast OK but very limited e.g. no fruit.
No hot water, indoor pool not functioning. Wi-Fi not available in bedrooms, many menu items unavailable. Inexperienced staff.

the property i guess is on going renovation but there are some needed immediate action the roof are damaged, smelly drainage need cover wall from main hotel to the dining place when it hard rain so hard to get there.
Excellent staff. Very accomodating, they are the heart of the hotel.
When we arrived, the description that was listed on the page was not quite accurate. We needed a drink because we were exhausted, but the bar was closed and didn't even have bottled water. As a result, we drank soft drinks all day and night, which is bad for us. Every time we use the bathroom, it is always wet. This is probably due to the way the bathroom was built; the floor should be elevated to the drainage. The air conditioning didn't function well. We were there because we had a jet-ski planned for when the water became choppy.
The lobby has a nice layout.
Superb Hospitality
Even if weather was bad, we still enjoyed excellent Views and Great Facilities and Staff Courteous
We stayed for the New Year and they didn't tell us that they are closing the restaurant as early as 4pm.
