Безусловно это аванс и стимул для недавно открытого предприятия, которому до заявленных 5-ти звёзд пока явно далековато.
НО в целом - очень понравилось! И отель, и трассы.
Не собираюсь повторно переписывать недостатки отмеченные другими клиентами.
Всё это имеет место.
Отель новый.
Безусловно, в любом новом деле большое количество проблем. Жаль, что многие этого не понимают.
Тем не менее, обращу внимание на одну очень важную вещь.
Администрации отеля необходимо сделать доступ к подъемникам более удобным!
Для отеля такого уровня это крайне необходимо!

The stay was overall very good. The location is great, the hotel is comfortable, and everything else met my expectations.
There was shattered glass in the bathroom, which caused a mild cut. This is a serious safety issue and could have resulted in a much worse injury. I was quite disappointed that this wasn’t noticed and cleaned beforehand.
Páčilo sa mi všetko a personál máte skutočne profesionálny.A mali sme tam problém s expriateľom mojej priateľky, ktorý tam prišiel za nami do hotela a robil nám nepríjemnosti.Personál s menežerom hotela okamžite zakročili a toho človeka vyhodili z hotela.Ďakujeme
