Pros:

O atendimento é excelente, o lounge uma ótima opção, pois a pessoa pode beber a vontade sem se preocupar em dirigir, pois já está no local onde irá passar a noite.
O quarto é lindo, grande, hidromassagem maravilhosa, ficamos encantados.

Cons:

Só o ar condicionado que não estava funcionando e parecia estar assim a muito tempo, pelo jeito que o aparelho estava e reclamações que vimos em alguns lugares sobre o ar.

Pros:

O quarto maravilhoso, só podia estar mais limpo, a escada suja, cheia de cabelos, a garagem suja, pouco papel higiênico, os funcionários não muito gentil, nos tratou mau na saída, pelo preço cobrado poderia ter sido melhor, o lugar é lindo, mas acredito que mau organizando, não tinha coberta no quarto, se e para per noite deviam já deixar providenciado, para não gerar desconforto, pedimos para sair por alguns minutos e quando voltamos tinham desligado o frigobar, então acabamos não consumindo nada de lá, achei deselegante a forma como fomos tratados,
