Great value, clean and modern rooms! Kind owner!
Pros:

It was one of the cheapest places when I booked. The rooms are surprisingly modern and really clean as well. The owner was really kind and helped me catch a local bus to Ha Long Bay.

Cons:

Nothing! Maybe communication would have been a bit easier if the owner was able to speak English, but Google Translate did the job just fine.

Our short stay was great and enjoyable.
Pros:

First time we went here for a running race and the location is so convenient to move around. Parking outdoor is available on the nearby street.

Cons:

It's better to have hair dryer equipped. Also, shampoo and shower gel should be refilled regularly. Others are nice and worth the value.

I would come back
Pros:

Staff is the best part of hotel. It feels like they don’t even sleep. Before checkout go on the top floor for the view.

Cons:

The bed was doing noises with every movement. The address is missing or wrong. But they support us immediately.

Kind staff, good location, good for a short stay
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful - they let me check out late without a charge as I was delayed coming back from a trip to Yen Tu Mountain. They let me borrow a phone charger as mine was broken.

Everything I could need for a quick stay, hot water worked well.

Bathroom floods when you shower and the bed feels like you're sleeping on a piece of wood, it's very hard.
