Very clean and spacious
No in room dining. There are nights with snowstorm yet I could not order in
Everything! The service, room, and proximity to the mountain.
Excellent location, good design, caring staff, great bathroom products
Large rooms but with very little storage, hotel is missing a buzzy bar/common room, feels like a body without a heart despite the high grade.
Absolutely stellar ski resort. It was my first time in niseko for skiing, though I came too early for the snow and the ski lifts weren’t open yet, the service in muwa was excellent, they gave us suggestions on places we could go - Andy, Jed, Alvin, were the few guest supervisors we met, lovely lovely people. Andy helped with finding out which ski lifts were open and Alvin suggested places for us to go if they were closed. It was also my husband’s birthday, they have selections of flowers and cakes to choose from.
Valet parking is 3000 yen, service is top notch. I suppose you can park outside at the welcome center too but I’m not sure about payment during peak seasons. There’s a shuttle transportation within 5km radius. Jed suggested a few bars for us as well.
Breakfast changes every day. From Italian menu to Japanese menu to buffet on some days.
Private bath with the infinity and the rotenburo. We chose rotenburo, excellent view of mt yotei. Better in my opinion, it’s more Japanesey compared to the infinity one. You gotta book with the reception. Payment can be done during check out.
Absolutely worth the money. Will definitely be coming back next season
The property was incredible.
Nothing to dislike.
The hotel is very new - it does not even appear yet on some Google Maps renditions and address searches. The facility is top notch in terms of the quality of the overall finishing, cleanliness and proximity to the ski slopes. The access to the ski resorts is excellent: there is a ski equipment locker room where one can store ski equipment, get changed for snow sports and access the slopes directly from there (and it can be reached again easily by skiing in from the slopes). The hotel has good overall facilities. There are two good restaurants at the hotel (Italian and Japanese - Sukiyaki/Shabu Shabu).
The public onsen is nice but has no windows, which is a bit of a downer considering the missed opportunity. The two hotel restaurants are both quite expensive. There is a lounge for chilling out but does not offer coffee, bar services or refreshments, which would have been a nice addition - we had to walk to other places for such 'chilling out' options.
Location is pretty unbeatable in Niseko area. Getting the private onsen experience was also fantastic with views of the slopes from the onsen, and mount Yotei from our rooms.
Place costs some money to stay at, but you definitely get what you pay for. If I had a complaint you are a little ways from a lot of the food options that aren't the hotel but that's nit picking since they provide transport free of charge.
Really enjoyed the location. The breakfast had enough variety for a five day stay.
I really like the location and the proximity to the slopes for skiing. Also the staff was the best part of of the experience, they did an amazing job.
excellent
ski in out
Good variety of choices
May need more shuttle bus/van during peak season
