Pros:

Paras majoituspaikka vietnamissa matkustaessani. Siisti mukava huone ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala plussaa ja ravintolasta saa muutenkin tilattua monipuolisesti erilaisia ruokia! 10/10

GREAT VALUE AND GREAT FOOD
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helped me booking a day-tour to Ha Long Bay and transportation to Ninh Binh for a fair price. The location is very central in Bai Chay and close to the cable car, beach, SunWorld and the departure Marine. A good place to rest far from the movement of Cat Ba. The in-house restaurant is very convenient and the food is great, but there are plenty of other restaurants nearby as well as mini markets. I definitely recommend this hostel.

Cons:

The hot water was intermittent so I had to take a cold shower twice. Nothing I couldn’t survive though.

Pros:

Fancy House is a fantastic place to stay in Bai Chay/Ha Long. Great location, nice facilities, clean and tidy. An absolute bargain especially with free proper coffee/tea and a delicious breakfast prepared by the lovely Hui. Reception staff Lola, Huyen & Andrew were awesome - helpful and friendly. They even gave me a cool keyring as a leaving gift.

Cons:

Nothing really - was all good!

Pros:

Backpacker suited for younger travellers for sure, but worked for us too just for one night. Breakfast was nothing special but all in all the place is good for the value. The staff can help with tours and such so that's another bonus.

Cons:

There's some loud music at night at the downstairs lobby bar but I guess that's to be expected at a place that's aimed for younger crowds

Really nice staff and atmosphere:)
Pros:

Lola at reception was really welcoming, smiley and very helpful. They could organise transfers and tours to a lot of different places. Super social with campfires in the evening and karaoke. Another staff member Andrew was always there in the evenings making sure we were enjoying ourselves. Rooms were nice and there are different options you can choose from. The free breakfast was sooo good especially the oatmeal with fruits.!

I love it! Everyone is super nice, theres free breakfast, Billiard, and everything is tidy- and best of all its super cheap! Ill def. come again! Also theres a huge market nearby!

A very pleasant hostel. You quickly meet new people, especially if you’re traveling alone. The atmosphere is excellent. They help you find bus tickets and also offer various trips. They also speak English.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta tanto l atmosfera. Le titolari molto sorridenti e disponibili per tutto. La colazione è free e ho potuto scegliere delle uova fritte con una baguette. C è un bel biliardo a stecca che fa sempre un bell'effetto e ispira la condivisione. Lo consiglio.

Cons:

In bagno c era odore di muffa ma sarà dovuto all'umidità eccessiva di questi giorni. Materasso un po duro per me.
