Pros:

Прекрасное место! Комфортный номер, есть всё необходимое, отличные виды из номера и с балкона. Очень гостеприимные хозяева, разрешили нам остаться подольше в ожидании автобуса.

Good value, good view, would go again.
Pros:

The view over the city was lovely and the rooms themselves are hotel quality. Additionally the owner very generously waited for me to arrive at 3AM, which is not part of their policy, I am very grateful for that.

Cons:

The location to the city is not great, but if you don’t mind a walk it is a great place.

Ratio price/quality is more than great. We were staying here for just 1 night, but I would like to stay much longer. Service and staff are excellent. View from the rooftop is amazing from all sides. And also a bus stop in 2 minutes by walk and 10-15 minutes by bus and you are in the center of batumi. The next day, we went to the center of batumi to the orbi buildings and rented an apartment there, but the thing is that we regretted it.

the BST Hotel is much better, cleaner, more comfortable, and more convenient than the other options around batumi, even if compared with places that are two times expensive.

Big room with own mini kitchen inside the room, and great working air conditioner.
