Pros:

Schöne Anlage insgesamt. Daa Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und der Flughafentranfer ist preislich in Ordnung und sehr Bequem.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht klein und spartanisch eingeruchtet. Zudem war das Türschloss recht kapputt und die Türe liess sich nur bedingt abschliessen. Ohne probleme mit wenig Gewalt zu öffnen.

Calme et ambiance de verdure de l'endroit

Cons:

L'absence de plats locaux (cas du riz malgache) et de nourriture locale et non importée (exemple des yaourts au petit-déjeuner, miel, ...) est regrettable. L'établissement devrait favoriser l'économie locale.

Cons:

J ai réservé de 11h à 23 h en attendant mon vol à 1h30. Lors de ma réservation il m a été précisé que la piscine était opérationnelle hors elle était impraticable..eau verte ..produits chimiques pour ke tendre bleue donc impossible de s y baigner. Les chambres dites de luxe sont aveugles avec une petite fenêtre dans la salle d eau WC sans porte

Confort limité et réponse insatisfaisante pour solutionner problème client

- la mise à disposition d'un véhicule de transport de l'aéroport à l'hôtel

Cons:

- l'absence de moyen de rangement de vêtements (ni armoire, ni portant)
- l'inexistence de tablette pour poser ustensiles de toilette près du lavabo
- la réponse de l'hôtel comme quoi un produit de beauté m'appartenant, oublié par erreur dans la chambre, avait été mis à la poubelle alors que selon moi il aurait dû être récupéré pour restitution au client

Bonne nuit pour une escale
Pros:

Le personnel était très aimable. Ils ont portés mes 2 gros bagages à ma chambre et je m’y suis bien sentie.
La nourriture est correcte et pas très chère.
Tout près de l’aéroport en taxi.

Cons:

Ils ont oubliés de m’envoyer la navette pour venir me chercher à l’aéroport mais à part ça tout est nickel
