Pros:

Loved it, wonderful staff, very elegant, eclectic style, it looked much better than 5 stars hotels.
Pros:

The elegance is top notch, the staff is wonderful, very helpful, kind and respectful, they helped me even with things that weren't in their regular job description.

Cons:

It's not something that I didn't like, I just think a functional 3 meals restaurant can be an important asset to any hotel, and there was only breakfast available.

Hochgepriesen, aber auf keinen Fall so viel Geld wert - leider
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück war super, die Putzdamen und auch ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der uns empfangen hat.
Die Lage ist auch gut.

Cons:

Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren ziemlich arrogant und nicht hilfsbereit.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr spärlich für ein so hochgepriesenes Hotel und so hohe Preise. es war auch sehr hellhörig, wir durften fast jede Nacht die Jugendlichen anhören, die betrunken im Nachbarzimmer richtig Krawall gemacht haben.
Im Bad gab es keine Steckdose, und nicht mal einen Haken, wo man was (Handtuch z.B.) aufhängen konnte. Viel Schnick Schnack mit den Lichtschaltern, die aber jetzt schon nicht richtig funktioniert haben. Alles aus ziemlich schlechtem Material gemacht, günstig wahrscheinlich.
Zum Frühstück gab es zwar schöne Eierspeisen, aber alles andere war abgepackt, es gibt nur 2 Sorten Toast, das war's. Sehr wenig Auswahl. Und natürlich kann man das Frühstück nicht abwählen, man muss es nehmen. Unten im dunklen fensterlosen Raum frühstückt man, statt oben, obwohl das Restaurant gar nicht aufhat.

Eigentlich als bestes Hotel in der Stadt geworben, aber das kann ich nicht bestätigen. Ich besuche viele Hotels weltweit, und das war hier nicht das Geld wert. Tut mir leid für das harte Urteil, der eigentlich nicht mein Stil ist.

Also eine Erfahrung war es wert, aber nie wieder.
