Pros:

ロケーションが良かった。

Cons:

カーテンがなく、眩しい中での睡眠となった。
ベットの下が少し汚かった。

Nice location, not very luxurious tho
Pros:

It's pretty close the Hakata station. Small kitchen which is nice. Balcony.

Cons:

Very small room, shower and toilet also small, some things didn't work (internet, electricity in some of the plugs..) and it was really noisy from neighbors.
