Would recommend
Pros:

Very big room and bathroom. AC, ceiling fan, big bed, fridge. Staff were lovely. Super great spot near the market. Good WiFi. Really enjoyed my stay here

Cons:

It is a little bit on the outdated side, but still very comfortable

Comfortable. Standard? Average.
Pros:

Spacious room, clean enough. Close to the market. Kettle when we asked for it. Staff all very lovely, helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

Very run down building. TV did not work and the plugs all looked electrifying, all looked a bit loose.

Pros:

Honestly, I loved staying here. Yes, it’s a bit older and some things could probably be renewed. So what? It’s amazing value for money and you’ve got everything you need: fridge, AC, fan… they even have a 24/7 reception and a fridge downstairs where you can buy cool drinks like coke or beer. You can book your bus tickets/your transport there - I booked a bus to Siem Reap and it was good service. They booked a company for me that picked me up at the hotel and brought me to my hotel in Siem Reap, very comfortable and cheap.
One of the best things about this hotel was the girl who works there. She is extremely nice, helpful and a hard worker. If you have any problem she will fix it in no time. She even opened the door every time I went out or came in.

Pros:

This hotel was in a great location. It was so reasonably priced was crazy.
Rooms were spacious and clean .everything you needed For that price you could not ask for more .

Camboya al 100%
Pros:

Gente amable y servicial, nos ayudaron en todo. La ubicación es céntrica, a 50 metros del mercado, a 5 cuadras de la estación de tren y a 7 de la de buses. La habitación era grande y la cama cómoda. Nos recogieron gratis ena estación de trenes y nos dieron regalos de despedida.

Cons:

La tele no andaba. Aunque es una guesthouse más bien humilde, cualquier falencia se suple con el cálido trato del personal.

Pros:

It was in a good location, very close to the market and other food places.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
While the building is old, it is very clean. It reminded me of grandma's house from the 70's with the color scheme.
It was nice and quiet.
This was budget accommodation and thought what we got was great. Would stay there again.
Free tuktuk pickup, to and from the bus station.

Cons:

Wasn't an issue for us, but you do need to be able to climb stairs.

Grei beliggenhet. Hyggelig jente i resepsjonen.

Cons:

Skittent og slitt. Må kanskje regne med det til denne prisen. Kun kaldt vann i dusjen. Vinduet på rommet kunne ikke åpnes og var rett ut i gangen. Litt usikker på funksjonen. Var og gitter forran vinduet. Så kun en rømningsvei ved brann.

Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse et , propre, un peu vieillotte mais rapport qualité-prix imbattable, l'hôtel est bien situé à deux pas du marché. La réceptionniste est extrêmement aimable. De plus l'hôtel m'a envoyé un tuk-tuk pour venir me chercher à la station de bus, gratuitement. Possibilité de breakfast juste à côté ''expresso café house'' , et resto spécialités khmer 50m plus loin du même côté, environ 3dollars le plat. En résumé, le royal hotel excellent rapport qualité prix et bien placé.
