L'emplacement en retrait de la route et le jardin, même si petit manque dentretien
L'inexistence de l'accueil (souvent pas présent), la panne électrique (ça peut arriver) mais l'absence de solution proposée (il a fallu insister pour avoir des bougies), la porte dune chambre qui ne ferme pas à clé, les petits déj approximatifs (beaucoup d'attente, pas de jus de fruit : on en demande et ils en apportent 1 verre pour 2...)

Super séjour dans l'établissement. Très bien situé un peu a l'écart de Setti Fatma. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible.

بصراحة كانت عندنا إقامة رائعة فهاد الأوتيل ❤️ جلسنا يومين أنا وراجلي وولادي، وكلشي كان زوين بزاف. السيرفيس ممتاز، والموظفين تعاملهم راقي ومحترم، وحسّينا براسنا مرتاحين من أول لحظة حتى لآخر لحظة. شكراً بزاف على حسن الاستقبال والخدمة الممتازة، وإن شاء الله نعاودو نزوروكم مرة أخرى ❤

Nous avons passé une seule nuit, mais notre séjour a été vraiment agréable le personnel est exceptionnellement accueillant toujours souriant et attentif.
Un grand merci à Jamal qui nous a accueillis avec le sourire à chaque fois toute l’équipe demandait régulièrement si nous avions besoin de quelque chose ce qui nous a fait sentir très à l’aise
Le service est excellent et l’hospitalité est remarquable. Même pour un court séjour, nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !
La seule chose à signaler est qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation. Il y a également de petits insectes, ce qui était un peu dérangeant. C’est le seul point négatif.
