For convenience I will come back since it’s an overnight stay, close to the airport.
Pros:

This is not a hotel, rather a guest house. Traditional atmosphere, a green small garden.
One of the staff picked me up at the airport although I arrived at 1am, and give me a ride back to the airport at 12 noon. He was very helpful and hospitable. Breakfast you make your own coffee or tea and there were some fruits on a table by the garden. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Worth the money paid since it included the ride from and to the airport.price $75 a few dollars more than was supposed to pay. No complain.

Cons:

If you fancy staying at a hotel with reception area and usual amenities you have at a hotel then this is not for you. If you want a place that is traditional with kind staff then this place might be for you. Nothing luxury about this guest house.

Недалеко от аэропорта, есть трансфер

Cons:

Оплата только наличными в местной валюте или евро. Белье из синтетического материала, тапочки не дает. Окна маленькие под потолком, ночью шумно рядом дорога и какое то производство

Parfait pour une courte escale, le coût du transfert en taxi est élevé
Pros:

L'emplacement est conforme à la description, propre et fonctionnel. Le jardin est accessible facilement. Les arrivées sont possibles toute la nuit ce qui est pratique en fonction des vols.

Cons:

Le prix du transfert en taxi proposé entre l'aéroport et la maison est très élevé et ne correspond pas aux tarifs Yandex.

A wonderful, authentic Yerevan hotel that combines comfort with genuine Armenian hospitality. Conveniently located with easy access to the airport, it's an excellent choice whether you're arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning.

The owner is exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to meet you at any hour, help with your arrival, and make sure everything is prepared for a smooth and relaxing stay. After a long flight, that level of personal care makes a real difference.

The rooms are quiet, with excellent sound insulation from the road, ensuring a deep and comfortable night's sleep. The beautiful inner courtyard is a peaceful oasis where you can unwind and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Yerevan.

If you're looking for more than just a place to stay, this hotel offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and the warm, authentic Yerevan vibe that leaves you feeling refreshed and energized.

Cons:

I spent quite a while trying to think of something I didn't like... and honestly, I couldn't come up with anything meaningful.

If I had to be picky, I'd say the only downside is that it's a place that's hard to leave. The peaceful courtyard, the warm hospitality, the comfortable rooms, and the relaxed Yerevan atmosphere make it very tempting to stay one more night instead of continuing your journey.

Everything else was exactly what I hoped for: a warm welcome, genuine care, a great night's sleep, and the feeling that you're not just another guest, but someone the hosts are truly happy to see.

Sometimes the best compliment you can give a hotel is that it simply lets you enjoy your trip without having to think about the hotel itself. This was one of those places.

Очень дружелюбный менеджер-водитель Павел.
Pros:

Если вам не хочется добирать в/из Еревана по пробкам для того, чтобы с комфортом провести ночь между полетами, вам вполне подойдет этот отель. 2 км от аэропорта, трансфер туда-обратно (за не очень большие деньги), наличие общей кухоньки с холодильником и выбором чая, кофе и печенек - меня все это порадовало. У меня оказался номер из двух комнат. Тихо.

Cons:

Не было кондиционера (оказалось не критично ночью) и не захотелось пользоваться душем (но при большой потребности можно было бы).
