Overpriced and poor location
Cons:

Inconvenient location, a 20 min bus from the old town/city centre. Extremely hot in the room, the aircon didn't work well, paid way too much for it.

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Everything. We were scammed by coming late at night and not receiving the proper entrance code. We had to stay elsewhere.

We had very good time at Radio Hotel, we recommend it
Pros:

Location is perfect, it is very easy and fast to get to the city center by bus. Also, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff very helpful and kind.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like, everything was great.

Not bad place to stay, but far from greatest - hope it will grow, as hotel is new.
Pros:

Quiet room and street, good Wi-Fi, comfy bed. There were fan in the room what is essential in hot weather. Sweets was nice gesture from the hotel staff, but not on the pillow in hot days.

Cons:

Hotel very hard to find. On the day we checked in there were no visible signs where the hotel is and also no big house number to find it by address. Waze thought it is on the other end of the street and even staff in the Motel on the other side of street couldn't help us. When we found it there were only printed A4 sign at the door. Good that big sign was put on the second day of our stay. No staff at the frontdesk.
Little bit of problems with room cleanness, bottle caps was laying on the floor, open tea bags, very little reserves of toilet paper and small trashcan.
It was stated in Booking site that there is a parking at this hotel but in reality you should try to find spot on the streets around. If you arrive late in the evening, it's quite a challenge.
Also had to wait for about a minute for hot water to arrive.
