Generaly the hostel is good and the staff try to be profesional!

Cons:

The hostel don t have levator.
Could be at go 3 floors up with the suitcases.
Nobody help.
The staircase is narrow.

女性専用のブース内にある洗面所は、写真では寝る場所と別のように見えますが、実際はカプセルの目の前に配置されています。ドライヤーも同様の位置にあり、夜や早朝（23時〜6時以外は使用可能）に使用されるため、音や人の出入りが気になりました。
ドライヤーの稼働時間については見直しを検討いただけるとありがたいです。また、設備の位置関係や利用ルールについて、事前に分かるような記載があると安心できると思います。
連泊で翌日の位置変更をお願いしましたが、追加料金が必要との案内でした。事前情報から把握が難しい内容だったため、戸惑いました。
責任者の方への相談についても対応いただけず、問い合わせ先の案内も十分ではなかった点は気になりました。
静かに休みたい方は、事前に配置の確認をおすすめします。

It was a very cleaned hostel.

Cons:

No lift!!! And if you have trouble with the washing machine it’s not their business, you just lost your money and they don’t care ;) and you have to find a solution on your own… (nobody can speak English)

Pros:

I stayed here for a month. Staff was very kind. The bed is firm and I liked it. The private rooms were super affordable and comfortable and the staff was really kind. There is a onsen five minutes away that I loved

Cons:

Seven eleven and sento and castle very close was nice but other than that Location is not the best but there’s still some great things to do near by and buses that will take you where you want to go
