Cons:

I would like to make a complaint about the shower in the hotel. The shower was not not working properly, and because of this I was unable to properly wash my hair or body.i had to take the drinking water glass provided in the hotel to wash my hair.
In addition, the toilet flush is very difficult to use. I actually had to call my husband to help flush the toilet because it would not work properly.
These issues made using the bathroom very inconvenient and uncomfortable. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect the bathroom facilities to function properly. Overall the room was good.

I'd definitely stay again
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was really well appointed and the bed was so comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also extremely good.

Cons:

The only downside was the shower, it was leaking from the wall so the pressure wasn't great
