Gabriele is a wonderful host, very helpful with any question, very considerate. Our two-bedroom apartment was comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. The driveway was attractive and the property well maintained.

From the moment we arrived, Villa Dunya exceeded all our expectations. The villa itself is simply breathtaking—tastefully designed, spacious, and equipped with every modern comfort, yet still full of authentic Tuscan charm. The highlight has to be the private pool: set amidst lush greenery and offering tranquil views, it became our favourite spot to unwind.
What truly sets Villa Dunya apart is the exceptional hospitality. Our host, Gabriele, was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether sharing insider tips on the best nearby places and restaurants or taking care for our breakfast wishes, his attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for. The rest of the staff carried the same friendly, personal touch—always ready with a smile and attentive help without ever being intrusive.
The villa’s location is simply ideal for exploring Tuscany. With easy access to charming hilltop towns, vineyards, and scenic drives, each day brought a new adventure.
In short, we couldn’t have asked for more. Villa Dunya delivers on every level, and we already can’t wait to return!

We have just had the most beautiful week staying at Villa Dunya. The place exceeded our expectations due to the incredible host - Gabrielle. He went out of his way to help us search for a property to buy, catered to our every needs, and honestly made our week working from the Villa simply magical. Such a kind and generous young man.

Plus the wifi is excellent- we live in Dubai and choose the Villa to work remotely. Highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely gorgeous – incredibly relaxing and serene. The property is surrounded by beautiful sunflowers and lush greenery, creating the perfect peaceful escape. The host, Gabriele, was amazing – so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. There was so much space to enjoy, and the pool was just perfect for cooling off and unwinding. We also loved the orchard on the property – we were able to pick fresh fruit, which was such a lovely and delicious touch. Truly a special place to stay!

The location is very strategic for staying comfortable and visiting other places in Tuscany and Umbria. The Villa is very beautiful, with gorgeous gardens and a breathtaking entrance.

The house was comfy with all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruits and coffee.

Gabriele, the host, was kind he recommended us a lot of good places to visit and to have dinner.

Villa Dunja is a beautiful, romantic Tuscan house with several apartments/rooms in an idyllic garden. We found everything for a real dolce vita in our apartment and enjoyed the time at the pool. We could prepare our lunch in the kitchen, everything was new and functional. Gabriele was very helpful and extremely hospitable - thank you so much for everything! He also organized a wine tasting for us which was great. We had wonderful days in this charming place- I absolutely recommend it!!
