Couldn't fault the hotel in any way - breakfast, pool area, location, view staff, etc. were all amazing.
Gym is small, but well stocked, and they have an excellent activities programme which more than makes up for it.
The property is beautiful and secluded—perfect for disconnecting and enjoying a peaceful stay. The staff specially Marina at reception, were very friendly and helpful throughout. Overall a good experience.
The daytime menu (from 10am to dinner) is quite limited, with poor quality and no healthy options—especially noticeable during a longer stay. Food overall needs improvement. Also, influencers around the property were often loud, which could be quite annoying.

The breakfast was outstanding each day. Omelets, cheese, toast, fruit, jamon, coffee etc all excellent. Staff was top notch. And views unforgettable.
Nothing at all. In fact, we enjoyed and were impressed with the entire staff…including Patricia, Mika, Jon, Tolo, Andrew, Nicola, among others.
Honestly the most luxurious, high end hotel on the island. I’ve been lucky enough to stay at a dozen 5* hotels on Mallorca and this is easily the best.
You would have to be seriously picky to fault this place.

Everything! It was the most beautiful vacation we have ever had. From the pool boy to David the waiter, the service was outstanding! Breakfast was delicious and delivered in a timely manner. Dinner out of the this world accompanied by beautiful sunsets! We were made comfortable in the evening enjoying our afternoon dinner cocktail with warm blankets on the veranda! Thank you Alexa!
