The location was close to a lot of restaurants and a fuel station. The room was spacious, sound proof, and clean.
The shower switcher was loose and couldn't take a proper shower. There weren't enough outlets in the bedroom.
Location is perfect, Hospitality is excellent. staff is good and helpful. Supermarkets, Petrol pumps, grocery shops and restaurant options are easily reachable. parking available.
Price is comparatively high for 1-bedroom apartment for 1 night. not much clean. the comfort level is low to use washroom. my apartment requires pest control as I found cockroaches inside the room. Electric strove was giving electric shock while usage, I was staying with kids so after every usage we used to turn off the main plugs to disconnect it with electric power.
Take Wiper to clean the floor water on the washroom and Insect killer to handle the cockroaches.
The hotel is clean, and I'm big on hygiene. It's budget friendly. The man at the front office was ultra helpful. I believe his name is Shaban, he's a great guy. The location works well.

Easy check in-out, friendly and professional staff. My apartment was clean and spacious with all appliances working well.
There is a small shop near a petrol station within a short walk from the hotel, where you can buy the very basics, but at higher price than usual. Alternatively a little further away there is an Othaim shop. The area is quiet, although a bit remote from the center. All in all it was a good experience.
The apartment is advertised as "with balcony", but there isn't one. I wonder if there was something lost in translation as I had the same experience in other establishments. There is no view from the bedroom window as there is a steel plate (security maybe?) covering the whole window from the outside (also a frequent feature in Saudi Arabia, so no big surprise).
The window in the lounge is not blocked, but it gives onto a blind spot of the building, and once again there is no view. I am normally out early in the morning and back early evening, so not a big deal, but it would have been upsetting if I had spent more time in the apartment.
