Konumu mükemmel bir otel herşey heryer elinin tam ortasında :)) daha iyi anlatılmazdı tadilat var deniliyor inşallah seneye biter balkonlarda jakuzi var ve çalışmıyor sadece belirli kriteldeki odalarda çalışıyormuş muhakak sorun öyle alın odalarda balkonlu oda seçmeyi unutmayın diğer odalarda eşyalarınız bile kurumuyor. seneyede şimdi rezervasyon yaptırcağım. bangla Caddesinin sesi gürültüsünden uzak güzel bi tatin sessiz havuz dinlenilebilir. tavsiye ederim inşallah seneye tadilat biter.

perfect service and great people, beyond my expectations
Pros:

I can't say anything other than a wonderful hotel. The hotel's location is wonderful. The food, the pool, the bar, the reception are wonderful. The service is 100%, they are always helpful. I just feel at home here. I wouldn't change this hotel for any other. If I return to Phuket, I will immediately return to this hotel.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner extraordinaire avec un personnel au top. Il faut le prendre avec la chambre. Le calme par rapport à la situation de l'hôtel qui est en retrait de Bangla Road. L'accueil. Literie confortable. Le linge de toilette et serviettes de piscine. La piscine en rooftop au même endroit où l'on prend le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le manque de fenêtre dans notre studio au rez de chaussé.

Over all a very nice Hotel to stay and would highly recommend it and close to everything
Pros:

I was welcomed with a free drink and chocolate, plus a refresher towel , that made me feel alot better after a long flight and then having to wait for room to be ready as i was there at 08:30am. The room i had was huge, was fully contained with everything you needed to cook and clean. Everything was fresh the bed was king sized how i like, plenty of cupboard space to hang stuff up and put away others. Very well laid out, Awesome staff were very polite and extremely helpful. Cleaners done a great job as well, Thankyou to you all i'll be back again

my only dislike was the spa bath not working, this would of given this place a 10 for sure had it been working as everything else was fantastic
