Pros:

You get what you see on the photos, it has a really industrial style and feels little bit like a garage. But there is no real alternative in Oslob, so its good for one night and some whaleshark action.

Cons:

The Staff is helpful as long as you accept there offers for taxi and laundry etc. Their transport offers are very overpriced, if you wanna go get a whaleshark expierence just get a Tricycle to get you there and show you around the process.

7/11 close by for a few goodies

Sehr Empfelenswert!
Pros:

wir hatten kein Frühstück ! war aber kein Problem da es in der nähe viele möglichkeiten gibt!!
Der Junge am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit, er hat uns einen Guide besorgt und den Transfer zu den Walhaien !
ausserdem hat er erkannt das wir über 60 sind und daher bevorzugt zu den Booten gebracht wurden!
nochmal vielen Dank!!!

Großzügige Zimmer, aber deutliche Abstriche beim Komfort
Pros:

- Große Zimmer
- Relativ sauberes Zimmer
- Nettes und bemühtes Personal

Cons:

- Sehr laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer
- Am Pool gab es nur zwei Holz-Liegen, eine davon war kaputt, zudem keine Auflagen vorhanden
- Überall im Hotel, auch im Zimmer waren kleine Ameisen
- Matratze rutsche immer vom Bett
- Entspricht definitiv nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels

物超所值且樂於協助當地行程安排
Pros:

櫃檯非常熱情，熱心助人，入住時主動提供鯨鯊與Sumilon島的行程選項、時間安排、行程建議，價格透明，對於自由行P人非常友善。配合的地陪也非常友善，陪我們度過愉快的一天。住宿地點很好，離巴士站很近，櫃檯推薦的附近餐廳也很好吃。空間很舒服！

Cons:

唯一美中不足是被子比較薄，兩個人會搶被子。

Cons:

Es gibt nur 2 Liegen am Pool. Da der Ort an sich nicht viel bietet, wäre es hilfreich, 2 weitere Liegen für die Gäste bereitzustellen…

我于2025年10月5日入住这家酒店，体验极其糟糕！首先，酒店连最基本的用品都不提供：牙刷牙膏、晾衣架、餐巾纸、吹风机、一次性拖鞋全都没有！吹风机还是打电话后才勉强送来，而不是提前备好！
更离谱的是热水器坏了！维修后依然无法正常使用，反复报修后服务生竟不耐烦地说“再坏就不修了”，态度极差！
最让人愤怒的是酒店工作人员的态度极其不专业！尤其是那个穿绿色T恤的男生，明明说好预约3点的车，他居然拖到3点半才开始帮我们叫车，而且一直约不到，整整一小时后才临时拦了辆出租车。更可气的是，他还骗我们说“路上封路，司机过不来”！这种不诚信、不专业的态度，严重怀疑他是因为晚上被叫来修热水器而心怀不满，故意报复！
大家务必避雷！浪费钱又受罪！

I stayed at this hotel on October 5, 2025, and it was a nightmare! First, the hotel doesn’t even provide basic amenities: no toothbrush, toothpaste, clothes hangers, tissues, hairdryer, or disposable slippers! The hairdryer had to be requested by phone and wasn’t even placed in the room initially.
What’s worse, the water heater was broken! Even after maintenance, it still didn’t work properly. The staff was rude and said they wouldn’t fix it again if it broke another time!
The most infuriating part was the extremely unprofessional attitude of the staff! The guy in the green T-shirt promised to arrange a 3 o’clock car for us, but he didn’t even start booking until 3:30! He couldn’t get any car for a whole hour, and we ended up with a临时 taxi. He even lied to us, saying "the road is blocked, the driver can’t come"! This is utterly dishonest and unprofessional! I strongly suspect he did this deliberately because we had to call him to fix the water heater at night—this feels like deliberate retaliation!
Avoid this hotel at all costs!

2025년 10월 5일에 체크인했는데, 정말 끔찍했습니다! 기본 용품인 칫솔, 치약, 옷걸이, 휴지, 드라이기, 슬리퍼 등이 모두 없었습니다! 드라이기는 전화로 요청해야 겨우 가져왔어요.
더 큰 문제는 온수기가 고장났다는 겁니다! 수리 후에도 고장이 나고, 직원은 "다시 고장 나면 수리 안 함"이라며 불친절하게 대했어요!
가장 화나는 것은 직원들의 매우 비전문적인 태도입니다! 특히 초록색 티셔츠를 입은 남자 직원이 3시에 택시를 예약해 주기로 했는데, 정작 3시 30분이 되어서야 예약을 시작했고, 결국 한 시간 동안 차를 구하지 못해 급하게 택시를 타야 했어요. 게다가 "길이 막혀서 운전사가 올 수 없다"고 거짓말까지 했습니다! 정말 불성실하고 비전문적인 태도에 분노합니다. 우리가 전날 밤에 온수기 수리를 부른 것에 대한 일종의 보복이 아닌지 심각히 의심됩니다!
이 호텔은 정말 추천하지 않습니다!

staff made our time so much better, they were so helpful and booked our trips, transport, gave us food recommendations, carried our luggage just lovely people always making sure we had everything and if we needed anything else.
