It was awful. I paid for 4 nights and left after 3 nights. No refund.
Pros:

The local staff were nice

Cons:

The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. Toilet seat still had yellow urine stains. The soap had hair. No hot water.

Cons:

The place is out of town. The room was very dusty. No cleaning of room and changing of towel were done daily. The hand basin outlet pipe was leaking, a window was missing in the shower room. The room door could not be locked properly. This is worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Would not recommend to anyone. Even though i complained at the reception, the staff didnt take any action.

Staff was very unprofessional. Toilet was clogged our whole stay and was not moved to another room. Staff did not give any updates unless asked and they finally gave us a key to use another rooms toilet that was free which was nice but would have been better to be moved to a completely different room. Also, the bed sheets were stained with blood & bugs everywhere.

Flushing for toilet is very weak. Had to use plunger a few times.

Great but not so great.
Pros:

Just the spacious and bed.

Cons:

The bathroom completely disgusting.
The toilet got blocked.
The accessories weren’t updated still uncleaned from the last client, coffee and tea plus sugar was still unclean, the soap and hand soap filthy, needs more touch up in the rooms and actual cleaners who know how to clean and replace soaps etc

Location was Ok. Big comfy bed and aircon

Cons:

This is very overpriced for what you got.
It was not cleaned very well, old, rusty bathroom, broken fridge, $300NZD per night was far to much was worth half of that. No point upgrading to the balcony it wasn't sea facing as shown in photos.

We paid a lot of money for this hotel and it wasn't worth it.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable and the room was large.

Cons:

Bathroom didn't appear to be clean, toilet got blocked, Outlook was poor, towels were stained and not great quality.

The room door didn’t lock , the shower was dirty , the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet ! I contacted the property prior to arrival about airport transfer but they did not organise !

Expensive price as school holidays season and expected more.
Pros:

Good off-street parking. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Shower water pressure was good.

Cons:

Very small fridge for drinks and food storage and arm to hold up upright drink bottles kept falling off. Was a pain not having 2 room key cards - had to keep asking for reception to open room up. Air con remote was in Chinese with no English instructions, TV only had either 0,1 or 3 channels with movie channel unavailable most of time. Internet wifi not working most of time. Shower outside door handle was broken and the shower head holder also broken so did not hold up shower head. Bed sheets had coffee stain on arrival.

We had a pleasant stay overall
Pros:

Lovely large room and beds, staff helped when asked.

Cons:

The room didn't feel like it has been cleaned throughly, the TV didn't work, someone came into our room during the day when we were out and borrowed our kettle. kettle broke and hard to get another one
