Decent value, updates are good but needs some attention to detail.
Pros:

We liked the location very much and the recent refresh of the room was evident in the fresh paint and newer furniture. The furniture was comfortable and the bed was comfy. The A/C worked well and the room stayed temperate. Quiet was good.

Cons:

The shower had two heads and only one worked, but not well, the pressure was sharp, the lightbulb in the closet did not work at all during the visit, there was no dish soap to wash the dishes. One of the reasons we booked this spot was access to the heated pool. The heater did not appear to work or be turned on during our stay as the pool water was about the same temp as the ocean. Also, the coffee was very bad and though I asked for more we were only given one for our 2 morning stay. This turned out to be fine as the coffee was quite stale.

Really enjoyed our short stay at Ebbtide and would definitely stay again if in the area!
Pros:

We did not have breakfast. The shower was wonderful!
Location was a great! Great having a pool, however, we did not have time to use it during our short stay.

Cons:

Would have liked a King bed, but the 2 queens worked out fine!

If I could give you 0 I would. First, we changed our reservation viva booking .com after calling the facility. After it was changed, we get an email stating that the room is not available. We notify our credit card company, and we still get charged from you. We were charged for 2 days without even being their... Somalia daycare scam type facility stay away..............We will notify Law Enforcement TODAY : reservation # 631374705 FIX IT

This resort was wonderful! Beautiful renovated rooms. Quaint and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Wonderful location and stay for the price! Would definately stay again!

Quaint inn place across from beach. Clean, no frills.
Pros:

Nice newly renovated rooms, friendly front desk reception- walkway to beach is across the street.

Cons:

Smell of febreeze was overwhelming and I get a migraine from it so I had to unplug it and air out the room…. The living room doesn’t have a heat function. The bedroom and bath heater made it ok- it was 40’when we were there. So heat was important.

Great stay and value for the price. Comfortable and spacious. Newly renovated. Very clean.
Pros:

Clean, cute suite room. Comfy bed. Great Access to the beach. Cute kitchen. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Audrey was great!

Cons:

Our room was the first one right next to the street so car noise was loud. Also bedroom was next to pool area of neighboring motel with very loud shouting from quests in other hotel. Regular windows instead of crank slotted panes would fix this and the street noise. Our next stay, we will request a room along the back of the property.

It was ok, but definitely needed some improvement for the price.
Pros:

The rain showers were nice.

Cons:

No heat, had to use a space heater. Website said heated pool, was not heated. The beds were very uncomfortable. Reached out to staff for an hour for checkout, still haven’t heard back. It was drafty and so much light came from the outside lights at night that it looked like daylight in the room.

I needed an affordable safe place near town due to a couple of long days. Perfect.
Pros:

Great location, super fast check in, and even better staff.
Pros:

Super close to beach, i had emergency so i had to check out before office opening time, and someone still answered the phone and was super nice and helpful.

In short...........I'll be booking again!
Pros:

The fishing was great, (Three Bonnet Head Sharks, One 13-inch Pompano and several Whiting). All caught and safely returned to their ocean home.

Cons:

The long walk to the beach dragging my fishing equipment. Going to invest in a cart with "fat" tires for that soft sand.
