More like a student accommodation. No toiletries. To hot. No fan

its just the room had a funny smell, the bedsheet and duvet smelled liked it wasnt dried properly or thoroughly and it was folded when it was still actually moist hence why the smell.of the sheets filled the room..i thought it smelled of feet but deduced it was because of the sheet.

The neighbourhood is in a dirty, deprived area but the first impression was that the entrance to the building looked okay. I was mistaken. There were no clean surfaces in the room! Everything is dirty, stained or dusty from the floor to the walls and cobwebbed ceiling. We wore our shoes constantly around the room.
The carpeted floor: multiple burn holes and stains.
Beds: laundered linen but with stains, one bed had no mattress protector, only a bottom sheet on the stained mattress. Underneath the bed was disgusting; a strange smell and items left by other guests such as glasses, a lighter, what looked like a cigarette butt and general dust and mess.
Blinds: thick with dust.
Drawers for clothing: had rotting food inside.
Fridge: horrendous smell, could not have used it if we wanted to.
Bathroom: uncleaned, splatters of what looked like faeces on the wall next to the toilet, dirty toilet, unpleasant smell, a sticky looking, blue substance dripped down the side of the bathroom cabinet/mirror
Main bedroom door: large gap underneath where light shines through and the door bangs and rattles every time another door somewhere else is opened.
Overnight was awful, we hardly slept. People are in and out of the building until very late, talking in the corridors and slamming the doors.
Outside on the main street people were socialising, shouting, playing videos or music loudly on their phones or in their cars, car horns beeping. It was terrible. This went on most of the night and it was finally quiet about 4am.
I had booked spontaneously and due to unforseen circumstances, I only began to read the reviews late in the evening (lesson learnt!) and I saw that plenty of people had reported the same issues I was experiencing. In some situations guests complained that reporting issues worsened their experience as their space was then invaded by a cleaner letting himself into their room with the keypad entry. This deterred me from reporting my issues until leaving the property.

Loud noise in the night. Too much of smoking smell around the room as the room given was close to the smoking area.

Nothing

The place is very dirty from the outside to the inside. The furnitures and electronics are dusty. There are some people always at the front door smoking and all. We actually felt unsafe. That accommodation is rubbish. The staff I chatted with prior to my stay was not friendly also.
