Valkenburg zelf is prachtig
Pros:

Dichtbij het stadje

Cons:

Reeds tweemaal laten weten dat er geen deken was voorzien voor het zetelbed voor mijn zoon waardoor we met drie in 1 bed hebben gelegen
Alsook maar twee handdoeken ipv 3 en een vuile lepel in de kamer bij koffiemachine.
Ik vind het jammer dat ik dit tweemaal op e-mail heb gezet en geen reactie heb gekregen

Mooie kamers op een toplocatie in hartje Valkenburg!
Pros:

De locatie is top en de mooie en nieuwe kamer ziet er geweldig uit !

Cons:

Als laatste douchen kun je dus koud water hebben…..

Locatie super, leuke kamer. Prima bed. Fijne handdoeken.

Cons:

Ingang douche meega small.
Veel mailtjes gehad. Volgens mij daar de WiFi code in gezien., maar niet meer terug gevonden. Was handig geweest als op kamer ook terug gevonden kon worden. Of wij hebben het gemist.

Top verblijf in centrum van Valkenburg
Pros:

De kamer was heel proper, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk bed, geluiddicht, fijne douche en koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Ontbijt hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. Inchecken ging heel gemakkelijk via mobiel.
Locatie is top, centraal gelegen, je loopt zo het centrum in. Parkeren kan op privé parkeerplaats, wat heel fijn is.

Cons:

Toen we op onze kamer kwamen, leek het bezet of niet schoongemaakt. Gelijk gebeld met de receptie en we kregen snel een andere andere kamer toegewezen (upgrade). Deze kamer was echt top!

Mooie moderne hotelkamer op een toplocatie met een paar kleine opmerkingen.

De locatie is top, de kamer is mooi modern ingericht.

Cons:

Ik mis een receptie en personeel in een hotel. Dat is waarschijnlijk een bewuste keuze. We hadden een flikkerende lamp op de kamer, bij een receptie zou ik even langs lopen om te vragen of er iemand naar kan kijken. Bij een hotelkamer zonder receptie vind ik dit dan te klein om er echt voor te bellen en iemand te laten komen. Maar dit is persoonlijke voorkeur. Verder was het erg koud in de badkamer en dit kregen we niet goed geregeld, in tegenstelling tot de temperatuur in de hotelkamer zelf die goed in te stellen was.
