3 dagen en totaal 1 zakje koffie voor 3 personen. 1 toilet rol voor 3 dagen? Oor wattestaaf in de koelkast WTF?? licht flinkerde. Gehoorig!! Onpersoonlijk?!

Cons:

Geen de receptie. Oor watteslaafje in de koelkast.

Locatie was super. Midden in het centrum

Cons:

Communicatie. Bij het online inchecken had ik auto parkeren aangevinkt. Bij de volgende stap in het incheckproces bedacht ik mij over het parkeren en ging een stap terug om parkeren uit te zetten. Dit was niet mogelijk. Gebeld maar helaas werd er niet opgenomen. Besloten om de auto aan de rand van het dorp te parkeren en niet bij het hotel. Volgende dag op locatie
Deur openen om 15.15 uur lukte eerst niet. Toen we aanbelde, werd er niet gereageerd via de intercom. Ook telefonisch waren ze wederom niet bereikbaar. Na 20 minuten klooien toch binnen gekomen.
Verblijf prima maar na het uitchecken kreeg ik een rekening via de uitcheck voor het parkeren terwijl ik niet bij hun geparkeerd heb. Wederom 3x achter elkaar gebeld maar er werd weer niet opgenomen. Daarna niets meer vernomen. Kortom, hotelkamer en locatie zijn top maar communicatie zeer slecht.

Super! Komen zeker nog eens terug!
Pros:

Prachtige kamer en heel erg schoon! Top plek, want je loopt zo het centrum van Valkenburg binnen. Geen last van lawaai, het is er heel erg stil (onze kamer zat aan de achterkant, kamer Cosy). Communicatie met beheer verloopt niet soepel, maar als je de kamer en eventuele parkeerplek betaald hebt, moet je gewoon geduldig afwachten tot de inchecktijd, dan ontvang je vanzelf de digitale sleutel voor het hotel en de kamer via mail of SMS. In-en uitchecken verloopt prima zo zonder personeel.
Op de kamer is ook aan alles gedacht, prijs-kwaliteitverhouding echt top!

Wanneer ik nog eens deze regio bezoek zal ik geen seconde twijfelen nog een keer te boeken.
Pros:

Strakke inrichting, schoon, comfortabel en verrassend veel ruimte voor de prijs. Online inchecken via de app werkt perfect.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets iets om over te zeuren maar er stond een lekbakje onder de airco die wel erg snel vol liep met water. De afwezigheid van staff lijkt in het begin wat raar maar de reactiesnelheid met vragen via mail of telefoon maakt dat ruimschoots goed. Ontbijt boeken was/is niet mogelijk maar op 50 meter afstand heb je keuze uit minstens 25 gelegenheden die dit wel konden faciliteren.

Tegenvaller qua orde en netheid

Lokatie was prima

Cons:

De orde en netheid van de kamer. De gehele kamer leek het wel of er al weken niet grondig was schoongemaakt, en dan met name dat alles erg stoffig was. De airco kon niet aan want die lekte als een vergiet. Hier hadden ze een grote schaal onder staan om water op te vangen. De koffiemachine op de kamer idem. Ook deze lag een grote plas water onder als deze werd gebruikt.
