Great!
Pros:

Very easy check-in and check-out process. Location is great, parking space is a big plus point!

Cons:

Cafe downstairs was not open during our stay, but there are enough options on walking distance

Stafless is niet altijd heel handig!
Pros:

Modern hotel met een heerlijk bed.

Cons:

Het brandalarm ging vroeg in de ochtend af. Omdat dit een staffless hotel is, was er niemand aanwezig om het alarm uit te schakelen of direct te handelen. Het was bovendien onduidelijk of het personeel op afstand überhaupt op de hoogte was van de situatie.

Als gast heb ik zelf contact opgenomen met de klantenservice; zij bleken niet geïnformeerd en stuurden pas toen iemand onze kant op. De brandweer arriveerde eerder, maar kon niet alle kamers betreden.

Dit leidde tot een onveilige en ongemakkelijke situatie, waarbij gasten in alle haast het gebouw moesten verlaten, zonder duidelijke instructies of begeleiding.

Een verontschuldiging of vorm van compensatie voor deze ervaring zou op zijn plaats zijn.

Very narrow staircase to the room. Not intuitive to figure out what room I was in. It didn’t state the room number in the email when provided the digital key. Other guests had the same problem. Nobody at the reception at my arrival nor at my departure. Most of the
Communication in Dutch by default.

Eens maar nooit weer
Pros:

De ligging is uitstekend. De kamers zien er optisch prachtig uit. Met aandacht verbouwd en ingericht.

Cons:

Het inchecken is zeer moeizaam. Ondanks het feit dat ik digitaal zeer adept ben, was het vrij onduidelijk allemaal. Eenmaal binnen is het een zoekplaatje naar de kamer. Je stapt aanvankelijk een koffie zaakje in dat niet meer in bedrijf is, maar waarschijnlijk is dit omdat het bestemmingsplan horeca verplicht. Anyway geen personeel dus alles gaat via een algemeen nummer. Daar werd mijn klacht met veel weerwoord en verongelijktheid ontvangen. Na veel gedoe een halve oplossing aangereikt gekregen maar toen was mijn avond al verpest. En dat voor €355 per nacht. Er is geen ontbijt. En omdat alle vloeren van hout zijn (dus ook de basis vloer) is het erg gehorig.

Valkenburg zelf is prachtig
Pros:

Dichtbij het stadje

Cons:

Reeds tweemaal laten weten dat er geen deken was voorzien voor het zetelbed voor mijn zoon waardoor we met drie in 1 bed hebben gelegen
Alsook maar twee handdoeken ipv 3 en een vuile lepel in de kamer bij koffiemachine.
Ik vind het jammer dat ik dit tweemaal op e-mail heb gezet en geen reactie heb gekregen

Mooie kamers op een toplocatie in hartje Valkenburg!

De locatie is top en de mooie en nieuwe kamer ziet er geweldig uit !

Als laatste douchen kun je dus koud water hebben…..

Locatie super, leuke kamer. Prima bed. Fijne handdoeken.

Cons:

Ingang douche meega small.
Veel mailtjes gehad. Volgens mij daar de WiFi code in gezien., maar niet meer terug gevonden. Was handig geweest als op kamer ook terug gevonden kon worden. Of wij hebben het gemist.
